Can you plan, coordinate & create the flowers for my wedding?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We are happy to do all 3 or any combination of them, your flowers are delivered first thing leaving us time to focus the rest of our time on you and your special day.

When do you arrive and leave the venue?

Accepted Answer

We will discuss this during our consultations and before the timeline is finalized. Our standard packages includes up to 12 hours of onsite time which comprises up to 2 hours for the rehearsal and up to 10 hours for the wedding day. Exactly when these commence is up to you and additional hours can be purchased beforehand as well as on the day should they become necessary.

Question 3

Our wedding venue has a very detailed contract, is it important that we read it all?

Accepted Answer

Yes it is. With no exceptions that we can think of, a venue is the pride & joy of at least one person and they want it to be as beautiful for every subsequent client as it is for you. Understanding and abiding by the terms of the contract will ensure you benefit fully from the venue, you & your guests are safe and there are no financial repercussions after you have used the space.

Can you coordinate my wedding if I plan it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. By far and away our most popular package is the Daisy which is Rehearsal & Day-Of Coordination only. We work with you on a timeline and liaise with your vendors to ensure we orchestrate your day perfectly.

Question 5

Our venue requires the Day-Of Coordinator to stay until everything is broken down and the location clean & tidy, will you do this?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In many cases we are either aware of this or it will be detailed in the venue's contract with you. In this case we will discuss with you during our consultations and before the timeline is finalized when we should arrive to keep within the contracted hours.

Our wedding venue has a very detailed contract, can you interpret this for me and answer any questions we have?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you have booked any of our 3 packages (Poppy, Tulip or Daisy) we will do this. We have a sound working knowledge of the contracts of those venues we frequently work at and will review & understand the contracts of all others way ahead of your wedding day.
