Our story begins with a French restaurant chef who could cook like no one‘s business and a hospitality trained young man who learned his craft at the Waldorf Astoria. It was the 80s, a time of New York late night parties and long days of cooking. The foundation of our company was built on classic culinary dishes, exceptional service and the perfection of the art of the plate. We have excelled in business for over 33 years due to our continued passion, which is carried on through our staff, our unprecedented cuisine and our attention to our clients wishes.
