At Hudson Valley Ceremonies we have created a reasonable and affordable solution to assisting you at your wedding.

These packages are for couples that need additional assistance from the wedding coordinators. We will assist with the style, budget, vendors, rehearsal, setup, wedding, rehearsal dinners and next day brunch . Full Planning Service starts at $10,000 plus Travel Fees may apply. Help with locating a venue, with locating and contract negotiations for event professionals. Day of Coordinator Service Included

These packages are for couples that need additional assistance from the wedding coordinators. With these packages, we assist you with all aspects of wedding planning. We will assist with the style, budget, vendors, rehearsal, setup, wedding, and honeymoon. Partial Planning starts at $6000 plus Travel Fees may apply. Help with locating and contract negotiations for event professionals Day of Coordinator Service included.

Couples can book this service at any point in the wedding planning process. We encourage as early as possible to ensure availability. We also encourage our couples to communicate with us throughout the entire wedding planning time frame. We want to know what is going on with the wedding planning.

    We had the pleasure of working with Sage Newkirk at HVC. For our January 2024 wedding, Sage was hired to work with us for the month leading up to the event and to be with us for the welcome reception and wedding day. She was communicating with us well in advance of that timeline and available to answer questions, always helpfully. We learned a lot from each chat with Sage, especially when she joined us for a walk-through of the venue. So many great tips and ways to help us stay organized! When Sage and her assistant joined us for the actual wedding weekend, they were above and beyond all of our hopes. Sage was so on top of things, thinking ahead and keeping us on time, and I can't say enough about how easy she made everything for us. She was calm, kind, and prepared for literally everything. I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation!
