Ritz Charles was established over 30 years ago with a vision of a high-quality venue focusing on social gatherings, fundraisers, corporate meetings, and of course, weddings. The beautiful 15,000 square foot facility on Meridian Street was the catalyst to additional, unique venues and offsite catering. Over the years, Ritz Charles has acquired a renowned culinary staff, professional servers, dedicated managers, and a talented Design Team. With 7+ unique venues, Ritz Charles Catering is one of the largest caterers in Indianapolis. Our experience assures you the best event possible.

Ritz Charles Garden Pavilion

Feel like taking the event outside... this event space encapsulates the beauty of nature.

Open year round, this heated, permanent glass structure provides a 360 degree view of beautifully landscaped gardens, imported fountains and wooded surroundings. Step outside to experience the possibilities: cocktails on the patio, dancing under the stars and late night s’mores aside the fire pit. For large events the Garden Pavilion is the perfect spot to start with a cocktail hour, then move to the Ritz Charles ballrooms for dinner and dancing.

    If you are looking for the best venue for your wedding in northern Indy, the Ritz is it!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the entire Ritz staff that helped make our day so amazing. Everyone says to expect things to go wrong on your day, and truly not a single thing did. Our day was absolutely perfect. The entire team was incredible to work with from the start. I have zero complaints and only praises for the entire process from the tour through the reception. Emily was great during the planning process and was so easy to work with and so responsive. She made the entire planning process of the reception flawless. Major kudos and thanks to the team who helped with set up and the day of. Vincent, head of operations was fantastic in helping us get the dance floor enlarged (which we were so glad we did because it was full all night!). Our day of team was incredible. Erika was fantastic and helped the evening run smoothly even when we moved up events because we were ahead of schedule. Even down to the coat check lady, Barb. She was so great. The food was a HIT! People are still talking about how amazing the food was. Highly recommend to couples not knowing what to include to do the selections we did because every single item was a hit. I am dreaming about the duck empanada app, beef short rip and the potato thyme crisp My only regret is not eating more! You will not regret having your reception here! I hope to attend many more events here in the future!

    I have worked at Ritz Charles for 8 years and had the chance to get married there myself and... WOW. For years I have pitched, sold, and sung the praises of this company and after experiencing it first hand, I can safely say Ritz is the real deal. The space was absolutely stunning on our big day and it was so fun working alongside the team to pick out linens, flatware, chargers, etc to make the space custom to our vision. When I saw the space on the big day, it felt like I stepped right into my Pinterest vision board. The food was so fabulous and our guests cannot stop talking about it! Everything came out in a timely manner, hot, and beautifully presented. We especially loved our grazing table during our cocktail hour. Our cake was so delicious and people were fighting over all of the great flavor options. The service staff was so professional, kind and willing to help if any issues, questions or concerns popped up. Our event managers, Sherry, Dylan and Tristen, were so hands on and made our day flow with ease. The decision to get married where I worked wasn't necessarily an easy one but now that we have had the experience, we would do it again, again and again!

    The Ritz Charles catered our wedding at the Indianapolis Central Public Library. From the first meeting to the night of our wedding, communication was great and I felt very supported through the entire process. Megan did an amazing job of guiding us through the process and was very responsive to all of our questions. The day-of manager and all of the staff were highly attentive, friendly and courteous to all of our guests. The icing on the cake was that the food was great! Highly recommend.

    My husband and I were planning our wedding from out of state, and from start to finish we had AMAZING communication and support from the Ritz staff. They made all of our guests, especially our parents, feel so taken care of throughout the whole wedding day. We all were able to enjoy our day as much as possible because Ritz took care of it all! We highly recommend Ritz for any and all events!
