This past year marked 10 years since I shot my first wedding. I’ve met so many wonderful couples which grew into lasting friendship, and photographed some amazing events. Capturing candid moments, posing beautiful portraits, bringing out personalities and making weddings fun and relaxed are hugely important to me! Beyond just capturing the day, I help every client with their timeline from the day we first chat, to pre-planning meetings, and the wedding day itself. My favorite clients are the ones that are down to earth and want to enjoy the organic moments of their wedding day.

I have strive to have a blend of those beautiful candid moments that you just can't manufacture, as well as posing my clients in gorgeous timeless poses that they will be able to look at and admire for years to come. I see myself as more than on a photographer, I’ve sewn broken buttons, tied bowties, pinned so much hair back into place, put on about 1,000 boutonnières, and even burped a baby (true story.) My clients find that I am a calm and happy presence on their day, which in turn makes them feel at ease, giving me the advantage of seeing their real selves.

    Rebecca was, without a doubt, the best investment we made when planning our wedding. We knew the minute we hung up our initial call with her that she was going to be a perfect fit for us. Our engagement session was nothing short of perfection. She had great ideas, poses, and concepts without making us feel stressed, too staged or uncomfortable. She made us laugh constantly and the photos were stunning. The wedding day was an absolute dream! She was so unbelievably organized and brought such a calm presence to everyone involved. Rebecca took all of our wants and needs into consideration and made sure we were feeling good every step of the way. She laughed with us, joked with us and let us have emotional moments throughout the day. She was always one step ahead and solving any and all problems or issues that popped up. Our sneak peek photos were ready so fast and were AMAZING! She truly knows all the right angles, lightning and prompts to make for perfect wedding photos. We would rebook her over and over again and recommend her to any and every couple!

    I can not wait to have Rebecca capture more of my special family moments. My husband and I eloped on October 23rd and snagging Rebecca to capture our day was the first thing to check off on our list! Rebecca was natural, made us feel comfortable, directed us, got excited with us, and was a seamless addition to our special day! She was also fast with her response and detailed with her information. We knew we wanted to elope at Turkey Run State Park in the afternoon but were also flexible with the exact time because of weather. . . and she was flexible with us! She was more than willing to hike over a mile through the woods with us, gear in tow, up and down rocky and wooden steps – to capture the moment. The day before we eloped, she let us know she was keeping track of weather and proposed we meet earlier to avoid the rain and catch the good sun! It was so wonderful knowing she had our backs and was aligned with our intentions for the day! We surprised our families the evening of our elopement with the wonderful news and Rebecca sent us sneak peeks and a video of our vows to share with them (that very same day). I was blown away and didn’t know we could be so lucky to share photos and a video with loved ones just hours later. Rebecca also curated the loveliest video, paired with a sweet song, that I will forever cherish (she sent it while we were on our honeymoon)! It was completely unexpected and is a testament to her talent and love of capturing families in their most special moments. When we got the photos back, they looked exactly how that day felt to us. Casual, natural, fun, and timeless. The photos were stunning, she captured and our happiness so well. She is so thoughtful and immensely talented! I feel honored to have had her photograph our elopement.

    I have always been a fan of Rebecca's photography work, but having her shoot my own wedding truly made me realize how talented she was at her craft. When you look at her portfolio of work you can tell that she is an amazing photographer. The way she captures natural light is probably what sticks out to everyone, myself included. What really surprised me about Rebecca was how she was able to make everyone feel comfortable, most people hate to have their picture taken because they immediately think about their flaws and imperfections, but Rebecca has both a calming and commanding presence behind the lens of her camera. She makes you feel comfortable with who you are and brings out the beauty in everyone (while at the same time calmly instructing you to put your hands in your pocket or not make your elbow look so weird). Another thing that blew me away was that she seemed to find time to capture small intimate unseen moments in the chaos that is a wedding. This was especially important in present COVID times. Most of our friends and families couldn't attend our ceremony, which only increased the importance of having Rebecca there to capture our day. Rebecca was able to capture all of the details of our wedding, big and small, and that made everyone who couldn't be there with us feel as if they truly got to experience the day with us. I really cant thank Rebecca enough for the everlasting memories of the happiest day of my life. I wouldn't recommend anyone else!
