“Will You Be My Bridesmaid?” Inspiration

The designers at Custom Love Gifts worked with Star Noir Photography to create an eclectic "Will You Be My Bridesmaid?" inspiration shoot in the juxtaposition of soft, flowing dresses and neutral tones against the hard concrete and cobble stone of urban city streets.

The table scape included a wide range of styles with a simple rustic farm table mixed with vintage bottles of soft cream and ivory roses from Melissa Timm Designs. A hint of red flows throughout the details from the bride-to-be’s dress to the vintage table legs to the modern take on mid-century chairs. Simple but elegant glassware held champagne paired with adorable bridal white snacks, including white chocolate-covered mini pretzels and powdered sugar wedding cake cookies in “Will You Be My Bridesmaid?” tins.

Bootleg Betty provided an array of gowns. We chose to mix the neutral-toned bridesmaids dresses and a stunning red number. It’s an easy way to achieve a cohesive look with a beautiful pop of color that keeps the focus on the bride-to-be. The stylists at Southern Sirens kept the hair simple with breezy flowing curls, natural looking makeup, and just a little pop of red nail polish.
