If you're considering having a wedding video, I already think you're awesome! Having a video to preserve your wedding day is something that you and your family will cherish for many years. While you may not watch your video all the time, you're creating an heirloom that will be appreciated for years to come. Can you imagine your grandkids being able to watch and hear you say "I do" or watch you dance your first dance? They'll be able to be apart of your wedding day even though they didn't even exist yet. I mean, how cool is that?
Your wedding day will be a whirlwind and after the honeymoon, some of it might even seem like a dream. That's where I step in. In a few months after your wedding day, you'll be able to sit down on the couch (with some popcorn and wine) and relive that special day and watch it all unfold from start to finish.
Starting at a young age, I fell in love with videography. I was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee where I spent a great deal of my childhood making videos with my parent's video camera. Even though these are extremely embarrassing to watch now, this sparked the passion that has stuck with me ever since. It carried into being involved in my high schools video program and majoring in video production in college. You can't major in wedding videography in college (I should check into changing that) but I obtained my Bachelors Degree in Film & Video Production in December 2013 from the University of Memphis. After college, I decided to venture into the wedding videography business after working as an apprentice for a few years during college and here we are now!
I'm definitely a "people person" and getting to know you and your families is a highlight of this type of business for me. My absolute favorite thing is when "clients" turn into friends.
Personally, besides making videos, you'll catch me traveling at any chance I have to visit a new destination. In addition, I am also a lover of all things four-legged and furry.
I hope from viewing my work and getting to me you will see that I thoroughly enjoy what I do.
