    Wedding Details

    3 Loves

Miami lovelies, I'm going to go ahead and give you a fair warning - you absolutely need to brace yourselves for this beauty! From the moment I first opened Khrystyna & Rafael's November wedding, my heart has been bursting with joy over all this sweet bliss. With layers and layers of gorgeous details laying all around, I'm convinced Miami has never looked any prettier than it did this day. On top of it all, just look at how gorgeous of a couple these lovebirds make. Those smiles, looks of adoration, and sheer joy radiating throughout, it's a bride & groom like these two who remind us how absolutely lovely young love can be. With this collection of show-stopping images from Simply Captivating, join me and let's toast to these newlyweds. Congrats Khrystyna & Rafael! Xoxo.

    From the gorgeous bride....

Combining Colombian and Ukrainian cultures equals lots of dancing and fun. Think elegance-meets-glam-meets-sheer perfection, and that's what made us pick Hotel Colonnade Coral Gables as our wedding venue.

    The Couple

    Him

Rafael is confident, adventurous, and a sports-loving Miami boy.

    Her

Khrystyna is a beautiful, super sweet, and caring Ukrainian girl.

    Together

As a couple, Khrystyna & Rafael are a power couple. A surgeon and a surgical physician assistant who are always ready to help. In our free time, we love traveling, hiking, exploring new places, and cooking together. Rafael's laugh is contagious and he always makes Khrystyna laugh.

    Our Love Story

We met through a mutual friend while Rafael was in medical school. We both think it was a love at the first sight. Rafael is from Miami and Khrystyna is from New York City but we met in Chicago. Rafael was so nervous about their first date that he took me on the same boat ride around Chicago twice. For dinner, he bought a frozen lasagna thinking I'd like Italian food, and somehow we both felt in love.

    Do-It-Yourself

For us, combining both cultures to have some Ukrainian and Colombian wedding traditions was unique.

    What's Next

For now we are just enjoying being married and spending time together. Traveling and spending time with family and friends. Planning for kids in two years :)
