Planned Perfection was established in 2006 and since then has been growing as Central Pa's leading event planning team. Whether you are looking to have us help from the very beginning, or jump in at the last minute, we are here to help you and get you to the point where you are not only the host of your party but more importantly a guest. Having been in the business for 18 plus years, we can make sure to provide you with reputable event professionals and streamline your planning process so you can enjoy every second of your event.

All of our packages include unlimited contact with your planner from the moment you book, even if you book 2 years out. So you can have a resource throughout your entire planning to ask questions and get recommendations from.

Out Day of Coordination Package includes timeline creation, corresponding with all of your vendors prior to the wedding day, execution of wedding day and all formalities including set and tear down. Our Day of Coordination Package also includes unlimited contact with your planner for any questions or recommendations throughout your entire planning.

    The Planned Perfection team is so kind, helpful, and prepared! As a wedding floral designer they were a dream to work with!     We worked with Danielle, and she absolutely made our day perfect! We didn’t have to worry about a single detail and any “bumps” that showed up on our day she handled! It was the biggest stress reliever in the world, and she helped us to plan the wedding of our dreams!

    We truly loved every vendor we worked with for our wedding, but Cindy from Planned Perfection was the clear #1. It’s hard to put into words how much we loved working with Cindy. Her demeanor was always calm and collected, and she always had our best interest in mind – she was honest when we asked for her opinion, and this helped us to stay on track and not spend unnecessarily – we really appreciated this. On the day of, Cindy and her team were there every step of the way, conducting our wedding to ensure it ran smoothly. We even had a moment when she whipped out her bag of tricks to sew on a tuxedo button! Both of our families felt the same way we did about Cindy. She was the most important piece to our wedding running so flawlessly! The saddest part about the wedding being over is that we won’t get to work with her again! Thank you for making our day so perfect!
