A mother of 4 with an entrepreneurial spirit, Dannie has shown so much love, care, and passion in the work she does; serving alongside her family is what she has always dreamed of doing. Dannie has been serving middle Tennessee since 1987, upon owning/operating several restaurants, and afterwards acting as food service director for a private facility for nearly a decade, until pursuing her dream of catering and starting her own business, Dannie Holmes Catering, in 2005. Fifteen years later, she still continues to pour her heart into her work of full service catering whilst preparing amazing southern meals out of her very own kitchen.

    Absolutely loved Dannie Holmes Catering. Quality service from start to finish. Dannie and her staff are so easy to work with. She treats you like family! The food is superb, especially her Key Lime Shrimp and Fried Chicken! Melt in your mouth delicious! Will definitely be using her again in the future for other events.
