The Essentials are New Orleans premier soul cover band performing classics from the 50's, 60's and 70's. A living jukebox! An idea that began in the minds of Luke Hudleston and Thomas Haulard in the summer of 2010 and has grown into a 10 piece super group consisting of many musicians you already know and some you soon will! Holding true to the aesthetic style and sound of an era, we aim to play your venue or your next event. The Essentials will bring the fun to any special occasion from weddings to festivals, birthdays to bar mitzvahs.
