The Cake Boutique specializes in high end center of attention cakes. We work with each client to create a unique, delicious cake for your special occasion. Beth is an award winning cake artist and professional chocolatier, learning all she can from Melissa Coppel. She is a certified judge, who travels the US teaching and judging sugar art. I was a 2x competitor on Food Network and Food Network Canada, of which I won! I have been published in: The New York Times, Cake Masters Magazine, and more! We would love to be a part of your special day!

I create high end, center of attention cakes with over 90 varieties of sugar flowers, I'm a chocolatier and pastry chef where everything is made in house, from scratch at our bakery. If you can dream it; we can create it.

    Beth is a very creative baker/artist, with an extraordinary eye for detail. She created our wedding cake to honor the place where my husband and I met, Grand, Bryce and Zion Canyons, and captured the colors and textures of the parks perfectly. In addition to looking beautiful, her cake was scrumptious. She offers a number of choices of cake, icing and filling and it can be difficult to decide since they are all delicious. Her sugar flowers are incredibly realistic and show off her many talents. Beth is very professional and easy to work with and it is clear she loves what she does. I would give her tens if I could.

    My wife and I wanted a cake that would relate to the trip to the canyonlands of Arizona and Utah on which we met. Beth did a tiered cake, with the sides mimicking the striations on the Grand Canyon. Further, it was adorned with lovely desert succulents. It was an absolute smash success.     Beth Meyer is great to work with. She gave us our dream dessert for our special day. Her communication is excellent and the cakes are unbelievable! It doesn't hurt she's been on Food Network TWICE! I would highly recommend The Cake Boutique!
