Operating out of Portland, Oregon, Paradox Productions is a team of exceptionally professional and dedicated wedding DJs and MCs. They are well known for bringing together people of all ages through their variety of music and ability to pack dance floors at special celebrations. Their impressive work has received recognition and the team was voted Portland's Best DJ by Oregon Bride Magazine and Premiere Bride Magaze, with individual team members nominated as Best DJ by Willamette Week every year. The company has been providing their services locally as well as throughout Oregon and Washington since 2006.

Paradox Productions is available in a range of capacities not only as a DJ service and master of ceremonies, but also provide fun photo booths and beautiful decor and venue lighting. They work with each couple to design a timeline that allows them to consider every important detail. The staff strives to maintain a charismatic attitude, and will aim to provide a valuable experience throughout the planning process as well as on the day of your wedding. Paradox Productions makes use of high-quality sound and lighting equipment that can help your big event look and feel like the enchanting story it is.

    I'm a wedding planner and have always liked working with Paradox DJs on weddings. They've got great communication leading up to the wedding day and their work onsite is always excellent. They work well with the unexpected changes that can happen and appreciate the role of a planner. They're also all really great emcees and can really read a crowd well. If you want a dance party at your wedding, they're the choice for you! I always recommend them to my clients.

    Justin Babbitt and Paradox Productions went above and beyond to provide outstanding entertainment for our wedding. Justin is a talented DJ and MC skilled at mixing music, reading a crowd, holding a floor, giving direction when needed, interacting with guests, and creating a vibe that carries the evening. Justin impressed us early on with his professionalism, communication, organization, and planning. He showcased his experience as he took our playlists and preferences and created a run of show that was everything we dreamed of. He even took the time to provide insights, explain decisions, and walk us through his process. Justin collaborated easily with our venue and vendors, setting up his equipment and sound booth and running the music and flow of the night. We can’t speak highly enough about the quality of his sound and equipment, from the ceremony mics, to the speakers, to the DJ Booth where he projected a logo for our wedding. He exceeded our expectations highlighting the music important to us but also reading our guests and creating an electric dancefloor. We could’ve danced all night long and can’t thank Justin enough for giving us the perfect night of music and more.

    We worked with Justin and Zeke for our wedding in Portland last summer and they were AWESOME! We booked them a bit late into our planning because we weren't initially sure if we wanted to pay for a DJ, but I'm so happy we did! Zeke was so fun to work with, helped to keep the flow of our day on track, and crushed it for the dance party!! Paradox provided a questionnaire form for us to fill out before the wedding which captured all the details Zeke needed to know so that we weren't worried at all on the day of. We had such a blast during the dance party and would recommend Paradox to everyone!

    Our friends and family (especially those in the music industry) kept commenting on how good the DJ was. They thought it felt/sounded more like a club DJ than a wedding one and they were right! Also, Devin did a great job playing specific songs for our ceremony, and a couple songs at the reception that my dad and brother wrote, as well as executing the MC announcements with such ease and grace. We highly recommend!!!
