Hello!! My name is Jessi and I've been designing gorgeous flowers for weddings and events for over 13 years now. I absolutely LOVE working with beautiful flowers but my favorite part of being a floral designer is getting to know you, so I can make sure that your flowers will tell YOUR story.

My preference is to only book a couple weddings a weekend so that I can spend my time really getting to know the couple and design with intention knowing that each piece I deliver on their wedding day will reflect them and hopefully exceeds their floral dreams.

    Jessi and Tall Drink of Water Floral Design was the best florist we could have ever hoped for. We had a super vague idea of colors and flower types we wanted and Jessi took those and made them into a stunning reality for our wedding. She provided clear pricing options from the beginning, always replied to inquiries quickly, and helped with many suggestions and ideas for us to spice it up. Additionally, our parents wanted to create some centerpieces for the rehearsal dinner and Jessi helped come up with the design and sold our parents some greens for it. On the day of she was flexible, did a great job setting up, and beautifully handed off our plethora of bouquets and boutonnieres. I look forward to getting florals from her again soon and recommend her to everyone for their weddings events!

    Jessie is an absolute dream to work with. She not only curates your perfect floral dream but she uses such fresh and unique product. She really takes her time getting to know the client and their vision. Even with last minute changed she was flexible and accommodating.     Jessi Hatch of Tall Drink of Water Floral is really great at what she does. She came in to the event (wedding where I brought custom jewelry) on time, prepared and so positive. I couldn't help but notice that all were lifted up by her presence and smiles. Jessi is efficient with her floral arrangements, she wasn't in anyone's way but her confidence clearly shows in her gorgeous arrangements. I am impressed at the style she brings to floral arranging - simultaneously letting the blooms speak for themselves. I will definitely work with her again and highly recommend her.
