Whether planning a wedding or a special event, Bittersweet Gardens caters to the customer experience and vision, delivering inspired, field-to-vase floral arrangements, tablescapes, wedding bouquets and centerpieces. From a young age, I was constantly foraging flowers from the woods and raiding my mother's colorful zinnia beds. After ditching a career in political science, I decided to wake up and smell the roses (bad pun intended) and took up graduate work in horticulture at UMass Amherst and landscape design studies at Radcliffe.

    Julie was an absolute pleasure to work with and would highly recommend for wedding florals. She took the time to meet with me at her studio a month before our wedding to finalize the vision and talk through any edits and then later prepared a personalized design doc with all the necessary details. I was blown away when I saw the florals on our wedding day. It made the day that much more special!
