Hello, I'm Jasmine and thank you for taking the time to get to know me! San Francisco, California has been my home since birth. If I had my friends describe me in three words, they might say that I'm always happy, friendly, and passionate. I'm the type of person who's detail-oriented by color coding my files, using different colored pens and highlighters in my planner (yes, I still use a physical planner) :), and by labeling everything. I'm the type who has a lot of energy to burn (I was a gymnast for 13 years) and I do that by constantly setting new goals and working extremely hard to accomplish them.
I enjoy being surrounded by love and photographing weddings is a second home to me. I believe my outgoing and bubbly personality is what makes my couples comfortable during a shoot. 99% of my couples have never been professionally photographed and they tend to arrive nervous right before our shoot. However, that all quickly changes within minutes as I help ease couples into the process. To me, the best photographs are captured when a moment is happening between a couple. Moments are achievable if the couple is relaxed and comfortable and it's my job to help you feel that way.
My work can be found on the cover of April 2014 Ceremony Magazine, Martha Stewart Weddings, Style Me Pretty, BRIDES, Pottery Barn, and more. It's my goal to capture your wedding as it unfolds naturally in the most beautiful and artistic way possible. A compelling image has a story captured with love, emotion, and passion. When I'm photographing you and your loved one, I'm aiming to capture timeless portraits (you know, the photos your parents want to frame and hang on their walls), candid images (where you're in the moment), and creative images (love those tilt-shift and negative space shots).
I hope by reading this you've learned a little more about me and my passion for wedding photography. If you feel that we may be a good fit, I'd love to learn more about you and your wedding! I'd be very honored to capture your unique and precious story through my lens. :)
