    Premier Event Services was such an amazing catering service and the best for our special day. From the initial consult, to the food tasting, and to the services for our wedding at the Hidden Barn on 02/24/24…the food and staff were nothing short of amazing!! The food was so tasty and delicious!! Our guests definitely went back for seconds (and thirds) as they raved about the food. A few days later and we are still hearing how much guests enjoyed the food.. Staff were also very attentive as they made sure we (the bride & groom) had everything we needed and they made sure we were good with everything. 10 out of 10, we highly recommend Premier Event Services for all catering needs!

    Our experience with premier events was amazing. First and most importantly the food is delicious at the tasting it was hard to narrow down our choices for the big day. But even better, the food on the day was delicious- all of our guests thought so. I loved the options they had for buffet or plated to choose from and the menu is diverse and very tasty. Communicating with them was easy and they definitely handled all my many many questions throughout the process timely and professional. We also used them for bartending and what you get in the package is well worth the price but I do like that they give you the option to supply your own alcohol and just book the licensed bartenders to serve it. I’d recommend them to anyone needing a caterer for their wedding.

    The process from the initial conversation and booking went very well. The scheduled tasting was great, and the food was delicious. The food did not disappoint during the entire event; however, the bar had some challenges. The first was they ran out of certain alcohol during the cocktail hour. We had 150 Guests and it felt like they were under prepared for alcohol needed to entertain our Guests. They then ran out of certain during the reception. Another thing that did not bode well with us was we paid them all cash tip as we tipped all our vendors and on the bar during an open bar was a tip jar, they also put up a QR code for people to tip them through Venmo for people who did not have cash. It was crazy that they took our tip in the beginning and then tried to get more tips during the reception. We had quite a long line at both the cocktail hour and reception, and it would’ve been nice if the servers took it upon themselves since they were not doing much during the beginning of the reception to pass around either the specialty drink or the beers they had to limit how many people were on line. Overall, Premier Events had great food and while Cypress Creek dealt with most of the booking, this was one of the lower points of the overall experience. The bar was really the only part of the wedding that did not go how we wanted.

    Yes the food is fantastic! But there is so much more to this business than great food.. Our wedding went flawless ans these guys were a huge part of that. The server were incredibly attentive from cocktail hour to the end of the night. We never had to ask for anything because they anticipated our needs and offered before we had a chance to ask! Everyone was raving about not only the food with the amazing service. I would recommend Premier Events in a heartbeat.
