If you are planning a wedding on Cape Cod or are holding a convention at one of our many fine resorts, you can bring an extra element of sophistication to your affair by including live string music. Whether you need a solo violinist for a church or beach wedding or are looking for a string duo, trio, or quartet for a ceremony, reception or dinner party, I would be happy to work with you to bring a unique musical touch to your event.

Cape Cod is a prime wedding destination, and for over 30 years I have been helping couples select just the right music for their ceremonies and receptions. For ceremonies I can play without accompaniment, using my own arrangements of wedding standards filled out with double stops to imitate the sound of a group. I can play with the organist or pianist at your ceremony venue, or provide a duo, trio or quartet for ceremony and cocktail hour. To help me assist you, when you make an inquiry please indicate not only the date but also the time of your event.

    David performed the music for our very private wedding ceremony in August 2020. We were planning our wedding during Covid and David was wonderful to work with. He listened to our ideas of the experience we were looking for and offered suggestions for music selections. He was really accommodating, played several mini-concerts over the phone to help us plan our special day. On our wedding day, while we were having our photos taken, David played a jazzy, fun selection before and after the ceremony outside the chapel. And during our ceremony, he played a beautiful combination of traditional, classical music, along with a beautiful rendition of I Can't Help Falling in Love with You. David is easy to work with, easy contracting process and fairly priced. We highly recommend him!
