Wandermore Photography

We're Wandermore Photography - wedding photographers and adventurers based in NYC. I was gifted a camera from my father (not an uncommon story) while taking an elective photography course in college. I fell in love with it and immediately dropped out and continued to practice and self educate. Shortly after, I fell in love with capturing weddings and all of the amazing moments that happen throughout the day. The real and true moments are what really get to me, and are my absolute favorite to photograph.

We believe weddings are about bringing everyone you care about together for the ultimate day of love, delish food, good drinks, and the best vibes. We understand that there's an overwhelming pressure to have the "perfect" day, but we're here to remind you that imperfection is beautiful and genuine.

    My husband Peter and I got married in July and we could not be happier that Wandermore Photography captured our day! I first saw Michelle and Towfiq's photos since they photographed my friend's wedding, and I instantly fell in love with how perfect and dreamy their style is! While many wedding photographers tend to over-stage or over-edit the photos, Michelle and Towfiq's style captures candid moments in an artistic and authentic way that, in my opinion, is a rare find. Out of all the vendors for our wedding, our photographers were most important to us since photos last long after the wedding day is over. Michelle and Towfiq were willing to work with us to fit our unique needs for the day. They were always available to discuss details or answer questions we had. Their online portal made the planning process simple and stress-free. They worked with us to create a realistic timeline for our wedding day and made sure there was enough time to photograph even the small details of our day. They even traveled over 2 hours to South Jersey to photograph our wedding! Not only are Michelle and Towfiq very professional, but they are also so friendly and easy to work with. From the moment they arrived, they were both organized and enthusiastic about photographing everything from our Getting Ready photos to our First Look to the Ceremony and Reception. Michelle and Towfiq work very well together and communicate in a way that helped the couples and group photographs run efficiently. They helped calm my nerves and made us comfortable while being photographed. They also somehow stayed energetic and kept their cool while standing outside in 95 degree direct sunshine wearing all black! They're troopers, and you can tell they really enjoy what they do. During our reception, they were very attentive to us and captured so many wonderful moments between us and our guests. We absolutely loved looking through our photos for the first time, laughing and reminiscing, and we still cannot stop looking at them! When we posted our album online, many of our friends told us what an amazing job our photographers did. I was also very happy with the timeframe in which we received our photos back after our wedding, which was sooner than several of my married friends who had other photographers. Michelle and Towfiq created an online album which was organized into categories and made it easy to view and download photos. When it comes to wedding photos, you want them to be in the hands of talented people who are dedicated, who care, and who pay attention to all the big and small details. There is no one better at this than Michelle and Towfiq! Booking Wandermore Photography is a decision that my husband and I were happy about on our wedding day, and every day we look back at our beautiful photos.
