The Hudson Valley is filled with unique and amazing wedding locations! Don’t get us wrong, we think ballrooms are great and all, but our couples usually take the non-traditional approach, preferring wedding venues such as retreats, rustic barns, chic industrial spaces, beautiful private estates, lush wineries and historic inns.

We know how busy your life is and this service is a real time-saver. We provide you with a fun experience while discovering your perfect wedding venue. Researching and finding the right venue to fit your vision can be a daunting task. We specialize in non-traditional, unique and exclusive venues so it’s much more of a streamlined process for us to uncover your perfect venue. We will do all the research and create a venue tour portfolio based upon your vision, wedding date, guest count, budget and the many other important factors. We then spend a complete day with you touring up to 3 exclusive wedding venues based upon the portfolio. We will walk you through your creative vision at each venue provide you with all the details, and answer all of your logistics questions. This service is provided independently of our planning and design services. There are no strings attached, but you always have the option of adding on any of our planning and design services, after we find the perfect venue together.

Our favorite service that we offer is full-service planning! We love to be with our couples from the very beginning, hear your love story – how you met, how he proposed, and what your plans are for the future – and ultimately, help you create your wedding story. Your wedding story will be told for the rest of your lives – to your children, your grandchildren, and all future generations. We are beyond honored that our couples entrust us with such a legacy day in their lives.

With full-service wedding planning, we are there with you every step of the way. From the initial meeting where we uncover all of the details that you are wanting for your wedding day to the last guest leaves on the night of your wedding, we work with you through every detail.

Did you take care of some of your wedding details, but got stuck somewhere along the way? Maybe you got super busy at work and are now running out of time leading up to your wedding. Or you just didn’t realize how much effort planning your destination wedding would be?

Partial planning can help with situations just like these. Partial Wedding Planning is designed to assist you, specifically in the areas that you find the most stressful or where you feel most overwhelmed in your wedding planning.

Have you totally rocked this whole wedding planning thing?! You’ve thoughtfully planned out your details, already have your whole décor figured out, you have all of your wedding details appropriately listed to inform your guests on the wedding website that you built yourself, and you’re ready to just do this thing already. Does this sound like you?? Much praise to you – you amazing crafty chick!

But hey, why don’t you let us handle the details from here. You’ve worked long and hard on this wedding and you really need to be able to simply enjoy your day. That’s where we come in.

We’ll meet you 4 – 6 weeks before your wedding to do a walk through at your venue, so you can tell us just how you see everything unfolding on your wedding day. And we will give you our expert advice on any of the areas that you’re still needing help in or if we see that there may be some details you might have overlooked.

Are you maybe not quite as put together and crafty as the aforementioned bride? No worries! We can help you too. We’ll offer up our vendor contacts, help you create a detailed timeline for your wedding day, review all of your current vendor contracts, and overall help you along the way in the month leading up to the wedding day.

We find that brides became overwhelmed with how they are going to design their wedding day and can’t quite bring together all of the wonderful ideas they have for their wedding. We start by sitting down with you and discussing your vision. We then design an inspiration board and create a plan of action. Then it’s on to the creative process and how it’s going to look on your wedding day. You can even see a sample table setting prior to the wedding day.

We handle all of the coordination of rentals, lighting, floral, linens and the small details for you. It makes the process simple and fun for you. You only have to work with one vendor, your designer! We take care of coordinating all of the individual services.
