We work with a variety of clients throughout Middle Tennessee, the Southeast and beyond. From weddings and celebrations, to destination conferences and live music events, we create experiences that reflect the personality and dreams of each client, so that no two events are the same. Need help planning your wedding or even your proposal, and don't know where to start? Have you already started and need help executing? Either way, we have a few different wedding planning packages to fit you best. From day of, to partial to full coordination, we can do it all. Pricing for wedding planning packages range from $1000-$3200. Proposal Planning is $250 flat fee, or cost (floral, decor, setup, music, photos, etc.) + 10%.Planning packages include, but are not limited to:
Scouting the perfect ceremony and reception locations Selecting your vendor dream team Budget development Advising etiquette concerns Managing guests Assisting with out of town guest accommodations Coordinating transportation schedules Creating a customized wedding weekend schedule Sourcing lighting and specialty rentals Event styling Helping to create the perfect reception food and bar menus Ceremony & Rehearsal direction Wedding day direction with additional coordinators if needed Overseeing setup and breakdown to clients specifications Distributing final payments and gratuities

Whether you need a planner or not, we offer your first consultation (a 1-2 hour meeting)FREE! Share your vision and needs with us, and we can help you get organized, answer your questions, and gain an understanding of how you’d like Silver Celebrations to be involved. This is the first step to planning the event of your dreams. The first consultation is free, and after that, it is $60 an hour. If you decide to use us for your planning services, your $60 an hour can be applied to the contracted fee. So it's a win-win!
