We’ve been doing weddings, events, and parties for years but have been antiquing and partying all of our lives. We are child victims of whiplash for breaking at the sight of an estate sale sign and spending countless hours whining while strapped in a stroller at antique malls. Our mom and grandmother taught us to be hospitable just through a glass of ice tea and how to host a bridal or baby shower for all of our friends. Through punch recipes, stationery etiquette and a love for flowers a passion for planning grand scale weddings and events evolved at an early age. The Gold Dust Girls hope to create a trusting, personal relationships with each client to customize a one of kind experience.
It's easy to see that the Gold Dust Girls have always been sassy. Megan is a typical “older sister”. Addicted to Excel, list making, and organization, she has been an excellent manager since she could categorize our barbies. A graduate of Texas A&M with a Communications degree, Megan is an amazing communicator, excels in customer service and making sure all of our “business” is in tip top shape!
Her lists help to wrangle in Rachel’s creative thoughts and over use of glitter. Rachel is also a graduate of Texas A&M with a degree in Event Management. She can fluff your hair and bustle your dress but also wield a screw gun and back a trailer…all while making event inspiration boards in her head.
