Love Grows Here. The Barn at Allenbrooke Farms is located just minutes from Nashville & Franklin. Perfectly situated on a 70- acre Certified Organic farm. Say your vows with the backdrop of stunning views of the Middle Tennessee ridgelines and organic farm & gardens from the ceremony lawn as the sun sets behind you, and string lights & stars above. Guests flow to cocktail hour on the climate-controlled covered porch with built in string lights, custom bars, and whiskey barrels. Afterwards, head into your reception in our meticulously built, fully heated and air conditioned reception barn with 25 ft ceilings.
We can accommodate up to 200 guests. Our wedding package includes both ceremony and reception locations. We do not have in-house catering and we do not have preferred vendors- we let you work with whomever you want. We can suggest vendors for you, as we have worked in the events industry for years.
We have beautiful, large suites for getting ready the day of your wedding- each with their own full baths. You are the only wedding that day and have use of the barn starting at 10 am. Our vision for this barn is a classic Southern Wedding barn on a real working certified organic farm, but with all the nice and fancy amenities that we want and need. It’s fully air-conditioned and heated throughout, your guests will not sweat through their dress anywhere, including in the bathrooms, they’re also fully heated and air-conditioned. And our barn is handicap accessible- so everyone can get around, no problem. There's a large catering kitchen but you can bring in all your own food, too. We are providing all the basics for a simply stunning wedding and how far you decide to go with it to achieve your perfect wedding is up to you. It’s an elegant barn on it's own, whether you want to dress it up more or not.
Flow of an event is also super important to us, and we have designed this barn around the ease and enjoyment of your guests as they go from the ceremony to cocktail hour, and then the reception. We have thought of backup/inclement weather plans A, B, C, and D. No detail has been overlooked.

• Introduce you to trusted wedding vendors • Help negotiate with vendors during planning process • Help with rehearsal direction (day-of event) • Help organize and space the processional line-up • Greet guests or instruct ushers on the best way to greet and seat • Help pin on boutonnières and corsages • Keep track of the marriage license, ritual items, and rings • Make sure set-up and décor for ceremony and reception is as requested • Serve as the point person for every vendor (so couple doesn’t have to) • Verify that things like favors and place cards receive proper placement • Light the candles • Confirm set up of the guest book, gift table, cake table, and rentals • Direct events to keep the wedding flowing smoothly and on schedule • Assist with guest management • Help direct the point person who will be responsible for getting gifts from reception to final destination • Help coordinate and direct the day-of timeline and ensure that things are running on time • Respond to any last-minute emergencies or changes • And be ready for anything!
• Allenbrooke Farms will be on hand to flip all tables and chairs if needed to accommodate plans b, c, or even d on the day-of, or even during the wedding or reception- should weather require. • Layout and forethought is such that no tent should be needed unless requested by renter and rented from outside vendor.
• Allenbrooke Farms will handle clean-up after the event • Your caterer and bartender will still have full responsibility of clean-up for the kitchen and bar area. • Allenbrooke Farms will handle all other clean-up as needed.
