"Calistoga Ranch was the perfect venue for our wedding - with its natural beauty, blue chip staff, and luxurious accommodations, Calistoga offered our guests a great balance of modern surroundings within the beauty of the rural countryside. Special thanks to Aliya!"

"Calistoga Ranch is a wonderful resort and a special venue! We took advantage of 3 locations on the property, each with its own charming elements (lawn/lake, vineyard and the wine cave). Looking back, the one thing I would have changed is the seating arrangement during the ceremony. We had 3 long arcing rows with a very short aisle, and guests had a hard time seeing and hearing the ceremony. In terms of service and food, both were phenomenal. The only downside is their strict rule of purchasing everything (all food and beverage) from the resort. As Calistoga Ranch does not have their own winery, we were hoping to bring our own wine from our wine cellar and pay corkage, but that was not allowed. We were also not allowed to bring our favorite beer even though they were unable to purchase it themselves for us. Sometimes rules are meant to be stretched! All in all, we had a good experience working with Calistoga Ranch."

"Laura Vaughn was our Event Manager and she was a pleasure to work with. The execution of every detail was flawless. The quality was beyond expectations. We opted for the Family Style meal and our guests cant stop talking about it!"

"Calistoga Ranch is a beautiful property and the perfect backdrop for a romantic wine country wedding. There are several venue options to pick from both indoors and out and we fell in love with the wine cave. Despite those pros, I cannot recommend Calistoga Ranch as a venue. We had numerous problems with them regarding billing, with surprise up-charges appearing in various iterations of the invoices without warning. It really took away from our wedding experience. Over a year after our wedding (with no mention of a balance in that time), we received a certified letter saying we owed them money. Only when we threatened legal action did they acknowledge guilt, apologize, and revoke the charges. I was able to confirm this represents a trend for their event planning services. They have had rapid turnover. I hope they continue to clean out the bad apples, and that this does not represent a systemic problem within their organization as that would be a waste."
