The Gilman Room is one of the most desirable event spaces at Willows Lodge. This fabulous space offers two lovely stone fireplaces that welcome you into this warm and cozy room. Guests enjoy the natural sunlight streaming into the room through the double patio doors. Adjourn to the private patio; sneak a breath a fresh air and head out to the award-winning herb gardens. Whether a small gathering or a company brainstorming session, the Gilman room offers a memorable experience for groups up to 40.
The Sammamish Ballroom and the adjoining herb garden patio are simply stunning options for your next conference. This dividable meeting room has everything you expect in terms of projection screens, natural lighting and high-speed wireless Internet access. It suits groups from 10 to 192 people. However, it’s the unexpected that makes this room so special. Our unique oval tables work perfectly for interactive meetings. Glass doors lead to our stunning gardens, providing opportunities for lunch or break-out meetings “alfresco.” Our amazing banquet staff provide thoughtful, detail-oriented service.
"We had a lovely fall wedding at Willows Lodge and it was quite memorable. Willows Lodge provides a gorgeous setting for an intimate and romantic event. Our final head count was just under 70 and the venue felt like the perfect size. We utilized the outdoor gazebo, the Sammamish ballroom, the foyer, and the patio area for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. We also visited the venue to see other wedding set-ups and there were a couple that seemed too crowded, so keep that in mind if your final count is over 100 and be sure to check out the space when it is set-up for an event that size. The planning process was relatively easy. Response times to emails varied with the majority taking at least several days and at times up to a week or more. This can be a hurdle for some, especially if you are in need of answers to finalize costs or respond to other vendors. However, when the response did come, it was thorough. Willows Lodge does a great job with being flexible, adding on items or bringing in outside vendors. They work well with florists, djs, coordinators, photographers, photo booth companies, etc. We didn't have a problem with any of the items on the day of the event, all the vendors seemed happy and had what they needed. Willows provided a large tasting for the food and private tasting for wine and other food items. I was not 100% satisfied with the food at the event - I felt a couple entrees did not taste the same as at the tasting (dry fish, and sauces were very scarce in all 3 entrees compared to the tasting). I also sent a seating chart with written out guidelines regarding which tables were closest to the patio and the tables were set up incorrectly, resulting in family being seated on the wrong side of the room. Neither are huge errors, but when everything else is smooth and perfect, those small things stick out. Overall things were great and the setting in Woodinville provided a beautiful location for our out of town guests."
