My flowers were so beautiful and working with Catherine was great. She asked me questions of what I liked and I kind of let her take the reins from there. I was not disappointed! My and my girls' bouquets were amazing. Since I got married outside, I didn't have flowers as centerpieces, etc. Charleston Flower Market was great when I decided to cut my order by more than half to just bouquets. Would highly recommend!
Working with Kayla from Pinnacle as my "day of coordinator" was awesome. I put that in quotes because she did a lot more work than "day of"! She's awesome and so organized and helped me so much! I would ask for her again and again!
My mom went to high school with the owner, so there was never even a question of which bakery we would use. BUT, I wouldn't have wanted to use any other anyway. Hayden was awesome and not only did she give me a beautiful cake, but it was delicious as well. She even helped me by providing me suggestions for florists, etc. I'm looking forward to using them again for any bakery needs I have!
I could never, ever, praise Jessica and Smith Photos + ink enough. She is so wonderful. We did an engagement session two months before the wedding and it was so nice to be able to get to know her a bit before the wedding. She really went above and beyond. She even helped me get dressed when my bridesmaids were helping my MOH who's dress ripped before the ceremony! (all was ok ;)) She returned our gorgeous pictures really quickly and she is more organized than I could ever dream to be!!!
Hamby's ROCKS! That is all I can say. I was born and raised in Charleston, but my husband and I currently live in his home of NYC. We knew we wanted a southern wedding with southern food. Hamby delivered that and then some. All of our NYC friends, almost all of which had never been to the South before, were oohing and aahing over the food...exactly what we wanted! :) Ryan was the absolute best. He made everything such a breeze and made my planning the wedding from NYC as easy as it could be!
Ryan from Hamby took care of ordering all of my rentals, but I had a blast at their showroom picking out everything that I wanted. When I changed my mind on things that I had previously picked out, they were great about pulling those things and setting them up the way I wanted them at my wedding so I could see what it looked like! I had a great time working with them!
Magnolia was our dream venue. Working with the planners there was extremely easy and everything went really smoothly. Our wedding really wowed all of our out of town guests (my husband is from New York)! I couldn't have asked for a better venue!
I knew right away that I wanted a DJ over a band because I need to hear Britney Spears sing Britney Spears, you know what I mean?! Stuart, the owner, was great. After having coffee with him and discussing everything I wanted, he paired me with Austin, who I had phone conversations with and we clicked right away. He did a great job! I also used their day of planning option and Kayla was awesome They really made my day so easy and I didn't have one worry on my wedding day!
