If you're looking for an elegant wedding in a beautiful venue, then this is the one for you! Kenny and Alisa's wedding was full of style and class. Their ceremony location, Sixth and I, added to the loveliness with gorgeous stain glass windows and painted, dome ceilings. Other things that we love from this wedding are the flowers, the intricate details on the cake, and the absolute blast that was had at the reception, which was all wonderfully photgraphed by Ever After Visuals. However, for all you dog lovers out there, our absolute favorite photo has got to be Alisa and her sweet pup under her veil. What a fun and creative idea! Thanks, Kenny and Alisa, for giving us some awesome ideas and sharing your breathtaking wedding with us!
From the photographer...
Kenny and Alisa are kind of an offbeat couple. But that's why we love them and their wedding. Their wedding is very modern. The ceremony was held in DC, at a synagogue called Sixth and I. It had beautiful, vibrant ceilings, and the warm glow of the lights accented the warm colors that were used. The bridesmaids all wore a deep burgundy color with peach and gold accent colors.
The reception was held at The City Club in Washington, DC. This place was amazing! From the choreographed first dance to the cake with the couple's initials on it -- everything flowed so well together. The groomsmen all had matching black and white wing-tip shoes. We thought this was a nice touch. This wedding definitely screams Washington, DC with a twist of elegance.
