This cutting-edge, 30,000-square-foot technologically advanced and sustainably built conference center is designed to generate business and support the local Gastonia community. The Conference Center accommodates over 450 meeting attendees and 300 for a seated banquet function and features ten separate, purpose-built and distraction-free meeting rooms, event spaces and 5,100 square-foot ballroom. Adjacent to the Greenway Gateway and alongside the historic Nation Ford Road, the Domtar Forest Porch serves as a gorgeous outdoor site for events nestled in nature. This open-air shelter features a beautiful hardwood ceiling with a stone fireplace overlooking Lake Haigler. The venue accommodates up to 75 guests at picnic-style seating under the shelter, or up to 100 guests seated under the shelter with additional seating and tenting available to rent.

Located next to the newly constructed Gibson House, the Gibson House Lawn serves as a gorgeous outdoor site for timeless events. The Oak Room at the Fort Mill Golf Club (a Greenway sister property) features an open-concept events room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a wrap-around porch with rocking chairs, and panoramic views of the course.
