When I was a small girl I remember the beautiful peonies and hydrangeas my mother had along the side of our home. Bridget opened her 1st flower shop at the young age of 9. Many childhood afternoons were spent clearing out her bedroom closet to create her dream store. Summer afternoons were spent arranging silk flowers she found around the house and picking dandelions (the “pretty” weeds) from the garden to sell to her family and stuffed animals. In the years that have followed that first flower shop, Bridget has gained the necessary skills, experience and credentials to bring her childhood dream into reality. Bridget has over 20 years of Floral Design experience in flower shops spanning several states before opening Pretty Petals by Bridget in 2010.

I started doing weddings and events 10 years ago for friends and referrals charging wholesale prices and a small fee for my time to make the arrangements. I am happily married and a stay-at-home mom to two wonderful children. This work is perfect for me because I can still see my children. I still get to do what I love, and I am always available for my clients when they need me. I am a very inexpensive option for wedding flowers verses going to floral shops. Aneta developed a passion for flowers and design early in her life. She has been involved in the floral industry for more than fifteen years and began her floral education in her native country of Poland. She brought her Polish influence to Minnesota and continued her education at Hennepin Technical College and the Institute of Floristry. She was an owner of European Floral Galleria for three years with a floral shop located in Woodbury, MN.
