They offer indoor and outdoor receptions, rehearsal dinners and ceremonies at their venue. They are also partnered with several seacoast event venues and cater throughout New England. Foster’s main function space which can host 75-300 guests, is a rustic space with stone fireplaces, surrounded by windows with access to outdoor cocktail space lit by bistro lighting with a fire pit. There is a grassy outdoor ceremony or reception space that can hold ceremonies of all sizes or tented events for up to 400 guests. It sits beside a picturesque pond and includes large wooden ceremony arbor and bench seating. For more intimate weddings and rehearsal dinners the York Room can host 30-70 guests and has a modern barn style with opening to outdoor cocktail space with bistro lighting and fire pit.

Our 2900 Sq ft completely open room, capable of holding 160 people, has a magnificent view of Sagamore creek thru our exceptionally large windows. We work with a variety of exclusive caterers to fit every menu style and budget. A 1000 sq ft deck overlooking the creek, and a gazebo allow for options as to how you stage your event.

Our Gazebo area offers a romantic and intimate ceremony surrounded by waterfalls and garden. The Trellis is set on beautiful cobblestone grounds surrounded by luscious greens and woodlands.

Our historical 3 acre waterfront property with 2 acres of open area on the water with its views of Casco Bay and Portland Harbor, our heated 2500SF National Historic Landmark Greenwood Playhouse with our lighted water view deck, and our outdoor lighted pavilion. We have a commercial kitchen for your caterer on site, and we have an 8' x 4' gas grill. We are all volunteers of the Peaks Island Lions Club that own, operate, and maintain the site, and profits go to Island Scholarships and grants. May, June, and October are our discounted months.
