Hello my name is Kourtney ( Founder and owner of Firefly events) I am from Colorado. I am very hard working and dedicated to everything I do with passion and care. I have always been the party planner and organizer in my life. I decided to take on event planning professionally two years ago and have done over 100 events in this time. I have recently decided to branch off and open my own company to help my clients with dreams through my professional view and experience. Ennui is the feeling of boredom or dissatisfaction, which wedding planning should never be. As a self-proclaimed Zillennial (I'm a millennial but I keep up with the cool kids, I promise!) I found it difficult to find a wedding planner who was familiar with the latest tends and fully invested in my vision, so I simply didn't hire one. After successfully planning my own wedding, friends and family continually asked if I'd be willing to refer my planner for their big day, to which I'd reply "that would be me!" and my wedding planning business was born.
