Encore Strings is a professional string quartet based in Birmingham, AL that specializes in weddings & receptions. We also offer trio, duo, and solo performances. We bring decades of experience to special occasions in Alabama, traveling to Montgomery, Tuscaloosa, Huntsville, Lake Martin, and more. It’s not just the classy option, but the one that can adjust to the ever-changing mood of the moment. Susan started playing violin at an early age under the direction of Katherine Sasaki of The Katherine Sasaki Suzuki Violin School Academy. After her completion of the Academy, she studied with Anne Foreman. During her adolescent career she performed with various groups including the Chicago Youth Symphony Orchestra and Northwest Symphony Orchestra.

Clutch, a prodigious group of youngsters from Birmingham, Alabama is beginning to take the music world by storm. Clutch is the culmination of six musicians with contrasting styles that blend together, leaving the best taste in the mouth of the listener. Formed in a basement on December 27, 2011, the band was fueled by their mutual interest and love of music.
