The House a historic Victorian farmhouse built in the 1880 by Mr. and Mrs. Thompson. The House remained in the Thompson family for over 100 years until On Guest transformed it into a beautiful and unique setting for weddings, receptions, and social gatherings. The Thompson House and Gardens embraces nature and elegance at its finest, as demonstrated by its ever-changing display of color and fragrance. The inviting wraparound porch offers guests a place to sit and marvel at the meticulously maintained grounds and experience the serenity and tranquility of the garden’s soothing water feature.

Live Wire Athens is an event venue nestled in the northwest corner of downtown Athens, Georgia. The character-filled facility uniquely includes three versatile spaces, indoors and out, plus multiple concert stages. Locally owned and operated by the Robertson Family, this former warehouse has been transformed into a multifaceted locale, perfect for any event that ranges in 20-500 attendees. The Corry House is named after the Corry family that settled the land in the late 1700's. That same family built the house in 1869, and continues to own the land to this day, ten generations later. After meeting and marrying in Greenville in 1989, Drs. Bo and Ruby Cheves moved to Bo's family farm in Union Point, Georgia. Here, they began the work of remodeling the 150-year-old farmhouse and surrounding grounds. As their two kids grew older, Bo and Ruby decided to build a new house overlooking the Ogeechee River further back on the property in 2007. With the help of Erin and Stanton Porter, The Corry House held its first wedding in 2010. At that time, we didn't have our reception barn or the meadow and forest wedding sites. Folks got married in the garden or in front of the farmhouse. After a few years of weddings, Bo and Ruby decided to run with it and built our temperature-controlled barn in 2014.

Nestled in Athens, Georgia, 255 Milledge Hardeman-Sams House is a blend of history and hospitality, offering majestic oaks, elegant fireplaces, and sparkling chandeliers. Despite its secluded feel, it's just minutes from downtown, Five Points, and the University of Georgia. With versatile indoor and outdoor spaces, it's an ideal setting for events year-round. Hosting up to 200 guests, its private garden and landscaped lawn provide picturesque backdrops for ceremonies and receptions of any size, while the historical manor offers an intimate setting for smaller gatherings.
