ManaTiki Event Venue is located in historic downtown Bradenton with a large Tiki covered outdoor courtyard next to our indoor Banquet Hall. Great for weddings, events, meetings, conferences and more! Each space can be configured to meet your needs. Includes 3 small rooms with large mirrors, couches and hair/makeup studio/dressing room. Each of the spaces are about 2,000 sqr ft which can be rented individually or combined.

Welcome to Ivory Acres, a 20 acre venue in the heart of Myakka FL. Our space hosts a combination of a rustic and industrial feel with a dash of glam! We are a blank canvas where you can create your own unique style in our large 5000 sq ft barn. We have a turfed courtyard with market ligthting overlooking a 3 acre pond surrounded by natural elements. The most unique and our personal favorite part of this space, are the elephants from the adjacent elephant conservation that are viewable from our venue.

Powel Crosley built the Florida winter home for his wife, Gwendolyn, in 1929. The two-and-a-half-story Mediterranean mansion was built in the southwest corner of Bradenton on a 60-acre parcel of land on Sarasota Bay adjacent to the John Ringling Estate. The 11,000-square-foot home has 21 rooms and 10 baths, and an adjacent carriage house has room for three cars and servants' quarters on the second floor. Originally the mansion had a swimming pool, a seaplane dock and yacht basin. The home featured many innovations for its time, including a steel frame encased in cast stone, embedded pipes and wiring, and a 135-day construction schedule. Placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982, Seagate was saved from commercial development and purchased for renovation by Manatee County, which operates it as a meeting, conference and event venue.

Our basement fits up to 25 people equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee and tea makers, piano, leather couch, table, full bathroom and more! Alabaster also features a beautiful outdoor platform under a 300-year oak tree with hanging chandeliers and LED lighting. Along with 2 beautiful gardens for pictures, first prayer or first look! Lakefront main fire pit, white canoe are included in your pledge. An outdoor shower is also available for the local community to enjoy. Tiny Houses that are perfect for small groups, and unique tree swings!
