Hello, My name is Natasha Meatte, I am the owner and pastry chef behind Gimme Some Sugar. I started this business over 11 years ago after I finished school at The French Pastry school in Chicago where I furthered my culinary arts degree to specialize in cake decorating. Baking was a passion I learned at a young age baking with my mom and I just knew it had to be what I did for the rest of my life. When I'm not working on my own business you can find me playing my our new daughter, enjoying criminal minds reruns and enjoying as much family time as I can!

I specialize in cakes for weddings but can provide full dessert tables as well. I am a home-based business operating under the applicable laws of Idaho, and all of my recipes have been approved by the Central District Health Department. I am also fully insured. I use my mother’s very own KitchenAid mixer that she used, it has now been whipping up delicious desserts well over 15 years! When I am not baking I am spending time with my fiancé and our four dogs, practicing my photography, traveling and enjoying the beautiful Idaho I live in.
