Our venue began its life in the 1860's as the original post office & general store for the area, was moved to its current location in 1917 & expanded over the years. We've worked with Cakes ROCK!!! for many years, which is now located inside the wonderful new Rose Haven Bakery & Event Venue. Rose Haven is such a unique venue, as it has the custom cakes & retail bakery onsite, and also several event spaces, all surrounded by antique rose gardens. Combining the event venue with the bakery is such a great idea, as there are so few spaces in the Austin area for non-wedding events, like birthday parties, rehearsal dinners, showers, corporate events, etc. So it's an amazing event space with amazing cakes desserts in-house!

The Cedar Bend is one of my absolute favorite venues! The property is gorgeous, and there are so many different spots for photos. The bridal suites are spacious and gorgeous, and make for fantastic getting ready photos. But even with the beauty of the venue and the spaces, nothing tops the next-level customer service and attention to detail that the coordinator, Kara, brings to the table. When I was photographing a wedding there in the August heat, Kara followed the couple and myself during sunset photos with iced towels to keep the bride and groom cool. She kept the wedding running on time while making sure the couple had the best experience possible. If you’re considering The Cedar Bend for your event, stop considering and BOOK!

Kindred Oaks was the first decision we made about our wedding, and definitely the best! We couldn't have asked for kinder or more helpful staff. We didn't have a wedding planner, but we didn't need one thanks to KO. They went above and beyond to make our day special, especially with the day-of coordination. Not to mention--it's a stunning venue!

Amazing venue for small weddings and events. Very beautiful and so close to wimberely but feels completely remote. The house is a perfect marriage of vintage and modern where the outside is a cabin beautiful for picture while the inside has a modern feel with large windows and full of light. Multiple covered areas to have outside tables and event and the garden is simple and lovely with a large beautiful oak tree that umbrellas the house

I grew up almost across the street with my mom (Joyce), daddy (Buddy), and brother (Larry). Larry and I spent almost every Friday night here - listening to his records on Grandma's old record player or sitting on the back porch swing counting the number of cars on the trains as they passed by. Whether you are looking for a memorable barn wedding venue for your special day, a unique event space for your corporate meeting, or a beautiful place to celebrate one of life's special moments, the Texas Rock House is the place to be! I (and my family) have had many wonderful memories in this place - and hope you do too!

We chose this venue for the great location and beautiful grounds. We were blown away by the exceptional service. Erin went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was perfect. She seemed to be everywhere all at once making sure everything went smoothly. She even took photos and sent them to us. She got some great shots! We had some concerns about rain and she had the contingency plan ready. She made sure everything was set up to our liking and confirmed with us that the layout for the reception aligned with our vision. She and her staff were amazing. We are so happy we chose Texas Rock House for our wedding venue. So many of our guests asked about how we found such a beautiful venue. I also booked the main house to stay in the night before, and it was perfect for myself and my bridesmaids to get ready in. I had a nice little getaway, and it was great for us to get an early start on the morning of the wedding. I could not recommend this place enough!

What a creative concept for a new space. This is such a fun and one of a kind option for couples. This is a perfect space for music festival loving couples, gives a very ACL type of vibe. It's easy to envision eclectic or boho styles of weddings taking place here. Check it out, they also offer some pretty unique venue elements such as canoe beverage station, teepees, and hand crafted wooden furniture for your event. Changing room for the bride is conveniently located next to terrace. We offer a simple and relaxed setting.

We were blown away with the waterfall terrace. This venue is great, especially if you're looking for something that's budget friendly. My husband and I were engaged for almost 3 years, so when we decided it was finally time to get married, we didn't want to wait very long to do so. We planned our wedding in just a few months. We wanted to find a venue that would host a good amount of people without breaking the bank. We also didn't want to stress out about decorating or making a lot of preparations. The waterfall terrace was great for this because there's a LOT of greenery, flowers, flowing water and beautiful decor already present at the venue. The bridal suite was gorgeous. The decorations in the room are simple but they go a long way in photos. The altar is already set up for you in the way that you want it before you arrive, tables and linens are provided along with chairs. There are multiple spots within the venue for gorgeous photos, especially on the balcony. It couldn't have been more simple for us. The host is extremely accommodating and flexible. She really took into account what we wanted and worked with us every step of the way. She was always willing to answer my questions and was readily available for phone calls or texting. You can't rent the venue for a full day, however, you can rent it for 4 hours or less and we found that 4 hours was stress enough time to do all of the traditional wedding things. We hosted a ceremony with 40 guests, did photos, dancing, food, cake, etc. We did have an after party at our house after our 4 hours was up at the venue, so that's something that other couples could consider if they want a budget friendly venue but still want to spend a whole day with their friends and family. Overall, I am so happy with this venue and I'm so grateful I found it here on Zola and I wouldn't change a thing about our experience.

Wow! This venue is gorgeous! We were of the first to be able to use this quaint little black chapel. That’s what I loved most about it but we can’t forget the reception hall. It’s very pretty and the bar area is super unique! Great woodwork and design all around. We did the elopement package so we didn’t use the reception area but it was very nice regardless. Justine was great and answered any questions we had, promptly. We would recommend this venue to anyone who wants a unique experience and that super cute black chapel! We loved it!

Our day at Mesa Ranch was stunning. The ceremony location was breathtaking. We walked down an aisle of wildflowers and had beautiful views of the green pasture & horses. The staff are so kind and accommodating, the venue is beautifully kept, and we were able to fit both the ceremony & reception inside! We had about 150 guests and Pine Hall still felt spacious. Absolutely affordable and definitely worth the price!

I met Kristina and her husband at the Bridal Expo and they were so sweet that I booked them that day. Kristina was always attentive to my questions. She is very detailed oriented and I can appreciate that because I’m the same way. I love that my package included wedding insurance and coordination. I worked with Brandi and Victoria from Next Chapter Weddings. They were very helpful. I suggest paying the extra fee to help with the rehearsal. I had a big wedding party and they helped us to get organized. We decided do the ceremony under the luxury tent. It was beautiful. It was hot outside but the luxury tent provided ample covering and there was a nice occasional breeze so we didn’t get too hot. The reception was in the banquet hall was stunning with two stories. We had the DJ and photo booth upstairs. After the ceremony we flipped the tent to the dance floor and bar area. Once it got dark the tent was light up and it was like dancing under the stars. All my guests commented how beautiful the venue was. The staff was amazing and catered to my needs to make my day flow smoothly. I would definitely recommend them to other couples.

This is the absolute best place to get married. We had an amazing rehearsal and wedding night here. It is so beneficial that they offer a wedding eve package for your rehearsal that includes the houses on the venue. Our family/friends were traveling out of town and this was very convenient, plus the houses are incredibly beautiful and well put together. The catering being incorporated into the venue created so much ease it was unbelievable, plus the food is soooo good, our guests raved about it. Many said this was the best wedding food they had ever had! I could go on and on about how amazing the Orchard is. We are so grateful to the team there and Tess who was our day-of coordinator. We fell in "love at first sight" with "The Lost Mission." The chapel is stunning with more than enough room for your guests to sit comfortably. Ringing the bell after "I do" was a special touch. The bridal suite was enough to fit a bridal party of five, bride, mother of bride, and two stylists with comfortable room to relax. Addison did a wonderful job of keeping both suites stocked with goodies for the wedding party. The groom's suite comfortably fit the party of five, the groom, and his parents. The reception area was gorgeous! I highly recommend getting the drapes, it makes a beautiful difference. We had the barbecue option for dinner and we were not ready for how delicious it was! Leading up to the wedding the consistent advice we received from family and friends was, "be prepared to not have time to eat or drink at all." Thanks to Addison, that did not fall true. She made sure there was a fresh drink at our table the whole night and served us our meals first. Our guests still can not stop talking about how beautiful the grounds were. If we could, we would make an annual visit on our anniversary just to spend the day there and have dinner. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Everyone is so easy to communicate with, gave plenty of recommendations, and make our dream a literal fairy tale.

You are welcome to have your favorite caterer come to utilize the kitchen (upon getting our application filled out and approved) and you can provide alcohol free to your guest after signing our alcohol release agreement. If you want an outdoor wedding, our gazebo in our courtyard is a perfect location. Then you can bring the party indoors for the band and air-condition! We had a birthday gathering for my 90 year old sister for her close friends and relatives which turned out to be 110 people. The Activity Center was extremely helpful in getting this set up and had many helpful ideas. Also, as issues arose at the last minute they had solutions. This was a very successful event thanks to the Activity Center staff.
