Located only 35 minutes away from downtown Chicago (12 miles from the city's border), the estate's smallest room can host a minimum of 30 guests, while the largest ballroom can accommodate up to 325. ​ Our customized proposals are designed to reflect every client's taste, tailored specifically to their creative visions.

Because we believe a marriage ceremony should NEVER be rushed, we provide you with 24 hours before your wedding day, your entire wedding day, and five hours the following day to decorate, enjoy your family and clean up. We searched and researched to provide something unique and gorgeous. To provide the best atmosphere for photos, we collaborated with several photographers. This is the reason we chose to have a white interior and face east for optimal lighting and clarity of photos.

The Estate boasts an exquisite Mansion, built in 1873, and a newly renovated Ballroom. The Mansion's vintage charm is the perfect location for intimate celebrations, while the spaciousness of the Ballroom can accommodate events of up to 250 guests. Walk down the aisle in a historic Church, built in 1895, featuring stained glass windows and the original pipe organ. Or, exchange vows under the romantic pergola in the gardens. The venue has a seating capacity of 200 guests based on floor layout equipped with all year round climate control and indoor restrooms. The venue does hold a 3-way liquor license meaning all alcohol services will be handled through the Silver Coin Wedding & Event Manor. All aspects of the venue are ADA compliant with a designated paved handicap parking area. There is an outdoor patio that is equipped with gas hookups for fire pits and heat lamps. ​
