Camp Holiday Trails is a beautiful 70+ acre nonprofit camp located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Open year-round, we engage children and teens with medical needs. Special event and wedding rentals support our inspiring mission. Unlike other farm-winery experiences, Eastwood Farm and Winery is located in Charlottesville, Virginia itself. You don't have to drive out to the country to experience the country here! We would love to show you around our 77 acres of rolling hills, mountain views, raspberry vines and enchanted forests. Set back from the road, our four unique event spaces are private and secluded - just waiting for you to create your special event. Our Winery Cottage is also the perfect space for the wedding party to relax and pamper themselves while getting ready for the ceremony (or for the entire weekend). With our partners, we can provide everything you need, from a beautiful tent provided by Skyline Tent Company, to power and lights, tables and chairs, and world class cuisine served in an elegant yet natural setting. With the addition of our kitchen gardens, we can enhance your culinary experience with fresh seasonal ingredients.

As our primary event space in Charlottesville, Vinegar Hall is a modern, curated gallery of art and inspiration—designed to make your wedding, rehearsal dinner, or private event unique and unforgettable. We offer all-inclusive packages that take advantage of our multiple in-house services and staff. Every detail is included and arranged, saving you time and money. Originally built in 1913 as the Mentor Lodge social club, Common House was restored and rebuilt with a sense of modern elegance to serve the stylish community of today.

The Carolyn Baldwin Lake Pavilion is named after our dear loved one, Carolyn Varner Baldwin, who unexpectedly passed away in 2008 due to an allergic reaction. She was the matriarch of our family and a beautiful, one-in-a-billion type of person with a generous and loving spirit. She was a talented gardener, a devoted fisherwoman who could out-fish the best of 'em (we're talking "sun-up-til-sundown" kind of fishing), was creative and artsy, and never knew a stranger. We felt it only fitting to name this lovely place in her memory. We are a family-operated business. Joanna is the General Manager and works with each client to accommodate varying event needs. She handles a wide range of aspects of the business, from answering questions about what will make your event run smoothly to giving you layout suggestions. She has worked with over 200 wedding & event clients over the last 10 years and has learned quite a bit about weddings & event planning through her experiences.

Beautiful new venue that offers indoor and outdoor spaces! Located at the previous Shenandoah Golf Country Club. Can accommodate up to 150 guests. The venue offers a covered pavilion, sided tent, two ceremony sites, and a clubhouse space. There is onsite and coordinating services available.

Greenock Manor is a 150 year old Farm house with towering giant trees (they are grand old grandpa's and we love them!) The Manor is a beautiful restored traditional American Victorian style farm house with a delightful wrap around balcony. We aim at a homely feel for our bridal families to reduce stress. We include a ton of props - so please visit us - we look so forward to meeting you We set up the ceremony chairs for our couples as well as the tables and chairs for the reception area before you arrive for your wedding day to reduce stress. Any decor items you need are set up by us such as shepherd hooks, easels, signs and much more. We also include lawn games and we have a firepit for use just to add extra ambience. Best part we are across the road from the nearest hotel so guests can walk to our venue AND up to 16 guests can sleep over at Greenock for the whole weekend - so many more happy memories. We can include a planner to manage your wedding on your wedding day too!

Set on Grelen Nursery's 600-acre tree nursery, The Market at Grelen is a magical wedding venue boasting rural simplicity at it’s most luxurious! As a full-service venue, we offer in-house catering, rentals, and several unique locations for your big day! Our beautifully renovated Ballroom was designed with you in mind—it provides a blank canvas to transform into whatever vision you love (and has beautiful local reclaimed wooden floors)! For outdoor ceremony, we have two beautiful options. The first is on the 10th tee. This location overlooks the golf course and the Blue Ridge Mountains. The other outdoor option is the Glenmore Pavilion. Designed by the team behind Pippin Hill, this beautiful, new open-air pavilion overlooks the golf course and the Blue Ridge Mountains, and it is covered so you would not need to worry about renting a tent for your outdoor space. This location is perfect for both ceremony and reception.

From a greenhouse that can house 130+ for your reception, to a 250 year old oak tree to be married under, Avonlea Farms has you set for a unique venue. We love hosting your special day and try to make every detail shine for you - from a bridal suite and groom's cottage to get ready in to a golf cart crew that drives you and your guests around the property.
