Featuring a covered bridge, bonfire area, and your choice of 4 ceremony sites: the dock on the river with willow trees, the garden courtyard with a picket fence, the woodlands, and the prairie field. Stay the weekend in our well-appointed, 3-bedroom federal-style home. Pets can stay too! Conveniently located and close to hotels in Fenton, MI. Being on private property will allow you to choose any caterer or vendor you wish to use. This allows you the freedom to decorate creatively and chose your own menu. Bring in food carts! Craft Beer Vendors! Ice Cream trucks! If you don't want to DIY, don't worry — our preferred vendors are happy to put a package together for you and take care of your every need. Waldenwoods is a destination wedding venue like no other in Southeast Michigan. Nestled in the middle of a beautiful wooded setting and alongside a crystal clear spring-fed lake, Waldenwoods boasts two unique ceremony and reception sites. The Cromaine Hall and Lakeview Tented Venue are both their own unique and elegant location to experience. About Roostertail Established in 1958, Roostertail is a well-known wedding venue in Detroit, Michigan. Bordering the Detroit River marina, its various banquet halls boast a tasteful blend of modern and industrial styles. Panoramic glass walls adorn every floor of the building, with private entrances leading to patios and balconies. Here you can celebrate your nuptials in the same venue that hosted special guests like Aretha Franklin, Eric Clapton, and The Rolling Stones. Facilities and Capacity Roostertail has direct marina access with awe-inspiring views that set the stage for its two outdoor ceremony spaces, the deck, and the side patio. For indoor receptions, couples can choose between three rooms to suit either intimate gatherings or sizable celebrations.

Lake Lucy Event Venue offers 140 acres of land with an 80 acre private lake encompassed on the property. There are many well maintained walking trails, plenty of open space and beautiful scenery. There is an option to bring the bridal party on a hay wagon, which makes for some pretty cool pictures. Both the bridal party and the grooms party can opt to get ready in a beautiful log home; usually the bridal party gets ready in the fully finished walkout basement, and the grooms party on main floor. We are located within 5 miles of Wixom, which offers many hotel options. There is currently no structures in the wedding venue area, but have started construction on a pavilion for the 2024 season.
