Our venue is boasts two floors of event space with virtually endless possibilities. Both floors offer floor to ceiling windows with jaw dropping views of Grant Park and Michigan Avenue in Downtown Chicago, the perfect backdrop for wedding ceremonies year round. The airy 5th floor Atrium lends itself perfectly for more intimate gatherings while the 6th floor LM Studio has plenty of room to dance the night away!

Loft on Lake is the quintessential Chicago loft space in the West Loop, on the west entrance of the trendy Fulton Market District. We provide a completely customizable space with very versatile layout options, so you’re able to create whatever vibe you envision for your big day! Our urban features of copper-gloss concrete floors, exposed brick, ductwork, and bow truss ceilings & a 65ft skylight running the length of the space are sure to check all your boxes for an amazing loft-style event!

Imagine gorgeous indoor and outdoor space all in one venue! Café Brauer is one of Chicago’s most highly prized rental venues for good reason. This timeless Prairie School- style landmark, completed in 1908 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, offers both earth-toned elegance and unparalleled location. Its second-floor Great Hall is the centerpiece, with its soaring, skylit roof, Tiffany-inspired glass chandeliers, stained-glass windows, tile mosaics and flanking, curved oudoor loggias providing spectacular views of the surrounding park and city skyline. A newly landscaped circular drive greets guests on Stockton Drive, but the horticultural pièce de résistance lies immediately to the east and south: Nature Boardwalk at Lincoln Park Zoo, a thriving prairie pond ecosystem teeming with native plants and wildlife.

Located in a 100 year old manufacturing plant in West Town, our space is the perfect blend of vintage industrial and modern sophistication — outfitted with fully integrated digital capabilities. Taking inspiration from turn of the century New Orleans, our sophisticated warehouse event space is infused with custom millwork and murals by local artisans bringing a highly curated and refined space to Chicago. With six oversized industrial skylights, you can imagine your ceremony taking place under beautiful natural light. Two separate spaces that combine into one via custom doorways allows you to avoid a room turn! Our included amenities allow you to focus more on the details that make your wedding unique and less on bringing in every piece from scratch. Included are custom wood chairs & tables, two bars, lounge furniture, digital integration, and bistro lights. A private suite with en-suite for the couple is included.

We’re also a retail store specializing in salvaging architectural elements from buildings being demolished or renovated. Our space is filled with amazing and eye-catching pieces of Chicago history and vintage furniture and lighting, all of which are used to stage each wedding. Perched high above the big intersection of Damen, Milwaukee and North Avenues in an Art Deco masterpiece formerly known as the Northwest Tower—stretching 203-feet tall and the only skyscraper for miles—The Robey captures the storied spirit of Chicago: a bustling, ever-changing, big-shouldered town. Originally designed as an office building in 1929 by the firm of Perkins, Chatten, & Hammond, each of the hotel's rooms, lobby and roof spaces were transformed by Belgian design duo Nicolas Schuybroek Architects and Marc Merckx Interiors.
