I'm Tara, a wedding photographer based in Austin, TX. I take light, airy, vibrant wedding photos of happy Central Texas couples. I've been shooting weddings since 2018 and love getting to meet so many amazing newly weds! Weddings have quickly become my favorite genre to photograph. When I'm not gushing over how pretty you look in your wedding dress, I'm hanging out with my two little kiddos and fiance in Bastrop. I spend my days sing-screaming along to Disney movies, baking the best focaccia, and playing RingFit Adventure until my legs explode.

I was born and raised in Texas and have always been inspired by the landscapes and beautiful nature of Central Texas. I started exploring photography in 2008, but it wasn’t until 2013, before my father passed away, that I truly started to dive into photography. He purchased my first Canon camera for me and I fell in love from there. I started my business doing photoshoots in 2015, and I have grown from there. I am registered with our local parks and authorized to do any photoshoots within the parks. I eventually want to own my very own studio. My family tells me that my dad would be proud of me. I am per hour on locations

Hey there! I'm Matthew, a veteran photographer with over 25 years of experience behind the lens specializing in budget-friendly, high-quality photography based out of Leander, Texas. I have been shooting since I was about ten years old on 110 cameras, in high school I learned to shoot on a 35 MM camera. Professionally I accepted my first paid shoot in 1996, a boudoir session for the girlfriend turned wife of a friend deploying overseas with the Army. I earned $50 and a six-pack of beer for a one-hour session on a Canon AE1 35 MM film camera I bought at a yard sale.

You are probably assuming my about me section will have a story about how I always wanted to be a photographer, I came out of the womb holding a camera, but that couldn’t be me. I stumbled into it, literally. I had no plans to become a wedding photographer. I was either going to follow my dad’s path and go to dental school, or become a social worker. But a freshman in college decided to shoot a few photos for fun, and now over eight years and almost 200 weddings later, I could not imagine myself doing anything else. This is my dream job!

I started my photography journey taking photos of my wife. Watching her come to life with confidence was the greatest feeling in the world. After shooting with models and brands for a few years, I was asked to photograph my first wedding and the experience was unreal. Hi friend, I'm Katelyn! Thinking back, I really have always loved documenting my life through photos, even if I didn't realize that was what I was doing. It all started with me begging my parents to take me to CVS to grab a Kodak disposable camera, using all the film to take photos of anything I could, getting it developed and creating my own personal photo albums that I still have packed away at my parents home. In 2011, my mom purchased the coolest Nikon D5000 DSLR camera (which I eventually took over, sorry mom!!!) and I never looked back.

Before ever shooting professionally I have always found light and people to be very interesting subjects that inspires me to no end. I am often fascinated with exploring the creative possibilities with my subjects and relish in the discovery of undiscovered possibility.
