Helping clients choose florals, curating thoughtful elements for their wedding day while maintaining sustainable practices is at the soul center of my business. We serve the central Virginia area and beyond. Richmond, Charlottesville & the Shenandoah Valley.

I love creating floral art and I hope to make some for you! All will be handled with skill, love, and thoughtfulness. I am a certified floral designer by the Floral Design Institute and I seek out new education often. I am committed to sustainable floristry and will continue to seek sustainable practices.

Hi! I'm Kim. I am quirky, creative, and perhaps a bit unusual. While I am local to the Richmond, VA area, I am happy to travel! I have a strong background in logistics and supply chain, an intense interest in quality over quantity when it comes to purchasing the flowers I use, and an even more intense desire to Get Creative.

I'm a dreamer, a maker, a memory curator with a love for the written word. I have a master's in laughter, and am a world renown mess maker. I’m a wannabe world changer, a devoted pray-er, and an avid forgiver. I’m a barefoot kitchen dancer, a hammock reader and sun seeker, an accident-prone adventurer... and hopefully, when I look back, a professional life-rider and full-fledged compassion giver.

Poppin' Peonies began to bud in 2020 & it has flourished in the last few years. I'm Bre, I am a solo-traveling florist and LOVE any adventure when it comes to a new area. Floral design began as a hobby and grew into a true passion. I love gardening and sourcing from local farms (in addition to my own garden!) as much as possible to give each client the best product possible. Being a part of your special day is truly an experience to encounter. Helping create the overall aesthetic of the event and watching the pieces come together is amazing! I hope to bring your unique touch to your wedding day!

I'm Mirna, owner and lead designer at Brousseau Events. My entire life I've been artistically inclined and found the art of floral design and detail required for event planning, to be the perfect marriage of my skills and creativity. I'm a native of Charlottesville, where I still find inspiration from the beauty of the Blue Ridge and surrounding area.
