The Horse Park was built for the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Equestrian events and first ever mountain biking course in an Olympics. It is one of very few venues built for an Olympics that still operates in its original intent.

Each spring, full-grown lilac azaleas scent the air with their sweetness, followed by a shower of tiny white confederate jasmine blooms spilling over the gazebo's filigree dome. The wedding venue itself is large in size, but offers a very intimate setting, perfect for your spring or summer wedding. Nestled on the edge of a stately front lawn, the three-story home and ballroom are hidden from outside view. Primrose Cottage possesses secret enchanting gardens, luring its guests to a quest of discovery.

Built in 2007 and remodeled in 2022, The Barn at Sunrise Farms sits atop Sand Mountain overlooking the hills and valley of North Georgia. The Barn features a Gazebo out back which is perfect for the fairytale wedding you’ve dreamed of and across the road is a bluff view allowing for beautiful photos!

The Land offers unlimited possibilities for your wedding. Bring your ideas and imagination, we offer many event location options and configurations across our 8 acre estate. Design a porch wedding in an idyllic natural setting for a boutique style event. For large outdoor weddings we also offer a Tractor Shed that's been converted to an open-air performance stage surrounded with 360 views of meadows and mature trees. Host a cocktail hour in the orchard and enjoy the dozen native apple and pear trees. Indoors, we offer an atrium dining space for intimate ceremonies and parties, as well as a library parlor and billiards room. Book overnight accommodations for the honeymooners, wedding party or out of town guests.

As a facility rental, we provide tables and folding chairs inside, as well as complimentary parking. All outdoor furniture will need to be rented. Catering would be provided through one of our amazing catering companies we partner with and can average $120 to $200 per guest. Beverage service and bartenders are additional and are provided by the History Center. It is about $65 per person for a 4-hour premium full bar. We have a full property minimum on Saturdays of a peak month: April, May, June, September, and October. The facility rental fee for the Swan Gardens, Atlanta History Museum, and Grand Overlook ballroom on a Saturday is $12,500 and we have an additional $5,500 beverage minimum. Fridays and Sundays are $10,000 with a $2,500 beverage minimum. Most of our weddings can expect to spend between $400 to $1,000 per guest after all vendors and costs are added up and divided out per guest.

The Carmichael House, a wedding venue situated in Jackson, Georgia, carries within its walls a rich and full history. This historic mansion dates back to the year 1898. Today, this venue, which is proudly listed on the National Register of Historic Places, has been renovated and restored to provide couples with a vintage and elegant site for their bridal shower, engagement party, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception. On your wedding day, The Carmichael House provides you with both indoor and outdoor spaces for you to choose from. The interior, though it has been renovated, still reflects the original Queen Anne Victorian style. The main home is quite spacious and the perfect setting to get ready for your wedding day. The Event Hall is perfect for larger size weddings. In this space, you and your guests will be also able to relax as you enjoy the fireplace, loft, and bar. Couples and guests will also have access to the outdoor gazebo, veranda, and garden areas.

Hightower Falls combines nature and rustic charm. It has an 80 foot, spring fed, cascading waterfall and an 1850 stone grist mill ruins that have attracted people for over 150 years. We are located approximately one hour west of Atlanta between Rockmart and Cedartown, GA. The beauty of nature is perfected by landscaping and flowers that make a breathtaking background for your special occasion. On the grounds you will find a 24-foot-high sculptured iron gate entrance that leads you into a hidden paradise away from city life. The stream below the waterfall runs in front of the grist mill, alongside the Back Porch and Coosa Hall buildings, the activities field, and the horse pasture. There are 11 camping cabins located on a wooded hillside with a campfire area, pavilion, and bath house. Located in the beautiful Georgia Piedmont, this lovely c1820 property is on the National Historic Registry and has a Georgia Historical Marker as well. Legend has it that Dr. Reese purchased the home in Savannah and had it moved board by board in 1820 to its present location. It now sits on just under 2 acres and has frontage on three streets. It is two blocks from the Monticello Town Square that the house predates.

We started this business many years ago with not much more than guts and the desire to build our own destiny. We worked long, hard hours, had second jobs and spent many a sleepless night. I sold the parties, and then we’d go in a rented kitchen and make it happen. Luckily those days are far behind us as we have been very blessed, but some things have never changed. We still strive to provide the best in food, beverage, and service. It is still very personal to us. The celebrations we are part of are once in a lifetime events, and we understand that it’s an honor to be a part of them. We make sure that each and every event is a memorable one.

Autrey Mill Nature Preserve is 46 Acres of forested woodland trails, ravines, gardens and historic buildings. We provide a unique setting for weddings, receptions, anniversary celebrations, and more! The arrangement of our historic buildings forms a small historic village for a charming wedding venue. You can have your ceremony in the old Warsaw Church or under the canopy of the forest on the Amphitheatre and host your reception just a short stroll away in the Summerour House or Pole Barn. Rental fees are used for the continuing preservation of Autrey Mill’s natural environment and history, to provide educational programming, and to operate the preserve.
