“When my fiancé and I got engaged, we initially thought we could plan our wedding in Denver while living in Orlando. Boy, were we so wrong. After looking into hiring a wedding planner, Ashley was by far the most responsive, honest, and genuine to talk to. We booked their partial wedding planning service, and it was by far the best wedding expense we paid for. Ashley was our main point of contact, and she was truly amazing! We met with her often though video to review budgets, vendors, vision, etc. She was so attentive to how we were doing, worked with our busy schedules, and was always so prompt. There were a few things to work through with our vendors, but Ashley handled them with professionalism and always had our best interest in mind. I cannot picture my wedding planning experience without her! When the wedding day was approaching soon, Ashley wrote out a very detailed Day Of Timeline down to the minute which was so helpful for everyone! “Rachael was an amazing day of coordinator and I can't recommend her enough to any couple in the midst of wedding planning. From our initial conversation, it was clear that Rachael has a deep understanding of the wedding industry and all the details (big and small) that go into making your wedding day perfect. While we went with the day of coordinator package, Rachael made herself available to answer questions throughout the entire planning process to answer questions and make recommendations. Additionally, she would check-in periodically to collect contracts and make sure I had everything I needed. I also really appreciate that Rachael offers add on support hours in case you need a bit more help. Her organization and documents made me feel really confident that all aspects of planning had been addressed.  When it comes to the day of, I got so many compliments on how efficient Rachael was in making sure everything ran smoothly and according to plan (even for the rehearsal!). If there were any issues, I didn't and still don't know about them. Rachael made sure to get the information for my Maid of Honor and Best Woman so they were her go to people if she needed anything rather than myself and my husband. She made sure all our decor was set up as envisioned and ensured that all vendors delivered what they were contracted to provide. I truly don't believe that our day would have been as amazing as it was without her there.  Overall, I HIGHLY recommend Rachael to any couple in the wedding planning process!”
