Rancho Corral de piedra was a 30,911-acre (125.09 km2) Mex­i­can land grant in present day San Luis Obispo County, Cal­i­for­nia con­sist­ing of two square leagues given in 1841 by Gov­er­nor Juan B. Alvarado to José María Villav­i­cen­cio, with an exten­sion of five square leagues given in 1846, by Gov­er­nor Pio Pico. The grant was located between present day San Luis Obispo and Arroyo Grande, and bounded on the south by Arroyo Grande Creek

Redwood Ranch is a rustic wedding venue located at the edge of the South Fork of the Kaweah River in Three Rivers, California. (We're about halfway between Los Angeles and San Francisco.) Our very private and secluded 270-acre ranch at the foothills of Sequoia National Park features numerous outdoor ceremony and reception sites nestled in the woods or overlooking the river (with 1800 feet of private river frontage) and exclusive use of Redwood Ranch to enable you the flexibility to create a truly special event that matches your unique vision. This is a working ranch with cattle, donkeys, peacocks, and chickens. We do have an occasional deer wandering through, as well as foxes, raccoons and many birds and butterflies. Las Cumbres Ranch is a holistically-operated, family-owned ranch located in the Purisima Hills on California’s Central Coast. We breed pedigree Bonsmara cattle. We follow regenerative practices, thus increasing biodiversity. Holistically planned regenerative grazing considers not only the condition of the cattle but also the condition of the soil, the plants, and the wildlife. Regenerative planned grazing imitates the grazing patterns of ancient migrating herds. We produce Beef, Eggs, and Honey that we sell to local Restaurants and Farmers Markets. We have many different spaces that can be used for events, depending on the aesthetic desired.

Historic Seven Sycamores Ranch was the original namesake of the McKellar’s citrus farm back in 1927. On this ranch, Hugh and Vernice McKellar built a home and raised their family. Under the new name of McKellar Ranch, their son, and our current owner, Farmer Bob McKellar, still farms the same citrus orchards that his father Hugh planted years and years ago. Kernville Ranch is nestled in acres of green meadows in the Southern Sierra Mountains. Two wings, The Log Cabin originally built in the 1890s has two Bedrooms upstairs and a living room, kitchen, and bathroom downstairs. The Meadow wing is attached. The master ensuite bedroom looks out to the redwoods and meadows. A queen bed with a built-in bunk bed or reading nook. The kitchenette has a washer and drier, breakfast bar with stovetop, and fridges. The second living room has additional built-in beds.

In 1929, while the Pacific Coast Highway was under initial construction, Alice began plans for a homestead haven to offer travelers a place to rest & refuel. Alice planted cacti & succulents by hand throughout the land. With her husband, Steve, a ranch-style home was built in 1936. It later became a diner + tiny inn; a gathering place for locals and wanderers to rest, refuel, and nourish with a homegrown meal. That ranch-home is what we call Big Sur Bakery today. We're honored to carry on the traditions.
