I shot my first wedding in 2004, and from that moment on, I was hooked! It's an honor to witness and capture such an important moment in the lives of my couples. Before specializing in weddings, I focused on fine art and night photography. I earned a BFA degree in studio art from the University of Notre Dame (Go Irish!), and a MFA degree in imaging arts/photography from Rochester Institute of Technology. I taught black and white, digital, alternative process and studio photography at the high school, university and adult education levels. I love both the planned events and the unintentional, quiet moments that make a wedding unique!

Kristin was absolutely amazing to work with. We found her through our venue, Red Lion Inn, and let me just say- she didn’t disappoint. She worked with us during our engagement pictures to capture our dogs in all their craziness. When it came to the wedding planning, she went above and beyond to add on a videographer at the last minute to record the ceremony when we found out my grandmother wouldn’t be able to attend. Her turnaround for video and photos was unbelievably fast- we got the videos three days after the wedding and our full gallery within two weeks. The photos captured the day perfectly, and we will cherish them forever. Thank you for everything Kristin!

Nelly Saraiva - Wedding & Boudoir Photographer

5.0

Acushnet, MA
  • Fine art style

It's important to me that each of my clients want to share my vision for the art I will be creating for them. I'm a wedding & lifestyle photographer who loves fashion, music, coffee, and dancing. I'm astrong determined women trying to make a living at her passion and conquer a few dreams here and there.

Okay let's start with the obvious, I'm biased. It's true, I'm her husband and for my own personal benefit, I wouldn't tell you to choose someone else. But that's actually not why I think Nelly is a great option for you. Since 2009, I've watched Nelly grow as a photographer, business owner, and creative. From the countless hours of training under some of the best photographers in the world (not exaggerating) to the hundreds of weddings and boudoir sessions she has photographed, I've been there to witness the often jaw-dropping work she creates. But you know what stands out almost more than the images, it's the feedback from clients. The comments about how she held their hand on the wedding day and basically became their right-hand woman. The literal tears of joy when they see the images. The stories of empowered women felt being photographed by Nelly during a boudoir session. Those things are what I believe sets her apart and why you shouldn't think twice when researching who your best option is. So in summary, you have lots of options. You should absolutely do your research. BUT you shouldn't make a final decision without at least considering Nelly for your wedding or boudoir photography. Okay, that's all I have.... Nelly, did I do well? :)

The New Romantic

Attleboro, MA

I'm Megan, a fine art wedding photographer serving New England & the Pacific Northwest. I've been photographing weddings since 2015, and I still tear up during just about every wedding ceremony. When I'm not behind the camera, I'm running after my one year old daughter, renovating our 1932 colonial home, and adding to my continually growing collection of cookbooks.

Megan is one of the kindest, nicest, most wonderful humans, on top of being a truly fantastic photographer. From the first call to discuss her style and how the process would go, we could tell she was different. She was so easy to work with! She made everything feel so natural and put both me and my now-husband at ease. She was considerate and creative both during our engagement shoot and our actual wedding day, offering suggestions and taking advantage of the beautiful scenery, golden hour, and spontaneous moments to truly capture our day. She treated us and our party with tenderness and grace, and brought an incredible calm to a very busy day. Her photos are also absolutely gorgeous! Looking at them, I honestly can’t believe they’re real! She elevated what she saw and captured our day, distilling the emotions and experience, and produced photos that are a perfect encapsulation of our day: full of pure joy, love, and light. I am so glad we worked with Megan - we will treasure the moments she captured forever. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Self-taught and fueled by the fun of weddings I know I am doing exactly what I was meant to do. I feel most alive when I'm capturing a wedding. From orchestrating the flow of the day and getting through formals to getting out there on the dance floor for all the candids, there's a magic at weddings and it is amazing. Being able to capture that for you so you have it to cherish for the rest of your life is really my passion.

It's an incredible privilege and honor to be trusted with your memories. It's something I do not take lightly. To go from strangers to friends and spend the day photographing moments big and small is so beautiful. My biggest hope is for you to look through your photos years from now and be able to relive the day from start to finish. To feel the love on your partners face at your first look and to relive your grandfather's funky dance moves at the reception. Let me help tell your timeless story.

Hello there! I'm Andrea, owner of Amative Creative, and every weekend we're so blessed to be able to tell the love stories of so many amazing couples. Like many others in this industry might say, we simply adore weddings. But what makes us a little different is our entire brand is centered around telling love stories specifically curated to reflect your vision and aesthetic. "Amative" means to be prone to love, so as you can see, we want nothing more than to tell your love story! But what makes us truly unique is that we understand every love story looks different. And we personalize every aspect of how we document your wedding day!

Awarded Best of Zola
Andrea and team have been nothing short of phenomenal. Not only did Andrea take the time to talk through the entire process from start to finish and answer all of our questions, but she remained in constant contact before, during and after our wedding. She always answered our texts and calls, no matter what time of day or night! She and her team made us feel very comfortable during our engagement and wedding photos, and she respected our comfort level. The photos the Amative Creative team delivered are straight out of a wedding catalogue--her product matched our vision exactly. She provided 2,000 photos within six months and the wait was totally worth it. Not only did Andrea take our engagement and wedding photos, but she connected us with a photographer while we were on our honeymoon in Paris to take additional photos that Andrea then edited and delivered within two days. Working with her has felt like a dream! Andrea and team love their clients like their own family, and we would recommend Amative Creative again and again.

I have been a photographer for 8 years. Throughout my time as a photographer I’ve captured clothing, models, and memories. I shifted from corporate shootings to families and weddings because it gave me this warm fuzzy feeling when I edited my couples and families photos. Don’t be afraid to reach out to me and ask about my photography style, my editing style, or my favorite restaurant! I highly recommend scheduling a free consulting session!

I had an incredible experience with Grace as our photographer for a couples photoshoot turned surprise proposal! She was not only sweet but also incredibly creative, suggesting great poses and capturing beautiful moments. Grace took the time to understand our vision as a couple, and her thorough research showed in the stunning results. Plus, she went the extra mile by timing the sunrise for us, ensuring our pictures were absolutely perfect. I can't thank her enough for making our special day even more memorable with her talent and dedication. Highly recommend her for any photography needs!

I suffer with a disability and multiple chronic illnesses that caused me to gain a lot weight over a short period of time, so I became extremely self-conscious about my image. Over the past couple of years I always avoided a camera and one of the biggest fears on my wedding day was having to get my photo taken. I was so picky with who I wanted as a photographer and I didn’t want to just settle with anyone. Once I found Lindsay and looked through her work, I loved everything I saw &  I knew I had found our photographer! Once I booked her we quickly connected. I loved how she sent me a friend request not long after booking her. It was really nice to get to know her and her family over time and made everything so much smoother when it came to taking our photos. When she took our engagement photos a year before our wedding, it felt like I had already known Lindsay for years! She truly takes the time to get to know all of her clients on a personal level which was so important to me. It was also useful to practice posing and working together ahead of our wedding. We have the most beautiful photos from that magical time before the big day. By the time our wedding came in June 2023, I was so comfortable around her and her husband Nathan. The connection and ease we found with her shows through in the final product. We are generally very awkward and have a tendency to pull silly faces the minute a camera is in our vicinity. Lindsay knew exactly how to make us feel like we were just hanging out with a friend. I told her my insecurities and she worked with them flawlessly. On our wedding day, it poured all day. It was miserable. But Lindsay and Nathan managed to still give us the most beautiful photos we could have ever asked for. Despite the rain, our photos are stunning, filled with that glowy, flattering light. The thousands of photos we received from Lindsay and Nathan were absolutely breathtaking. For the first time in years, I didn’t look at photos and hate myself in them. I felt beautiful and I was so excited to share our photos with everyone. Six months later, we still receive plenty of compliments with how beautiful our wedding photos are. Lindsay and Nathan somehow captured every last detail, every single moment (some moments I didn’t even see for myself), perfectly. When I look back at our wedding album I feel exactly how I did on that day. We couldn’t have chosen a more perfect photographer to capture our memories. We will treasure these photos forever. Thank you, Lindsay Eileen Photography!

Everyone knows that on your wedding day you will not enjoy it the same way that your guest will, so it’s important to choose photographers that you would actually want to be around! Jamal and Lashana are those people! My husband and I absolutely loved working with them, so much so we did not want them to leave at the end of the night. They are extremely professional but have a way of making you feel like friends/family. Our close family and friends are absolutely freaking out about how our sneak peak photos turned out, and can’t wait to see the rest! They are worth every penny plus some. Thanks to these two, both my husband and I had the best wedding day ever! We will be going back to them for future family photos and referring everyone we know to them! Thank you guys for everything
