Hi, I am Glenna Ingeman. Photography is my full time passion. Photography has been a major part of my life since high school. I decided to go for my Associates in Photography at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, Online Division. I was trained in a professional studio setting doing portraits for churches. ​As I said above, photography is not my job, it is my passion! No matter where my life has taken me, photography has always been there to pick me up. The reason that I believe I love photography so much is because you can capture that one moment in time that you will never be able to relive.

My creative journey began at an old computer beside my parents’ big living room window. It was there that I furiously typed away at my latest “novel” or poem every Saturday morning. As an introspective and intensely awkward teen, these times were a safe harbor to me. When I wasn’t sitting in front of a computer, I was sitting in front of the piano. Alongside writing, classical music was another medium that allowed me to express myself. In time, my love for telling stories through writing and music quickly became interwoven with my love for photography.
