The venue is a historic site, you don’t need a lot of decor because the beauty and character of the building and grounds give you so much to work with. “We LOVED our wedding at the Coconut Palm Inn! The venue was beautiful. We loved that you get the whole resort so there's no one else on property. You have to get all your vendors, there's nothing provided, but we liked that because we were able to make it our own. They were easy to work with, great staff, and we didn't have any real issues the weekend of the wedding. It was a little pricey for the event and the rooms surrounding the weekend, but it was worth it for us. The resort had lots of amenities that you could use; free muffins, fruit, and coffee every morning; and smores at night (besides the ceremony night). For the one event price, we could also have our Welcome Dinner/Rehearsal Dinner and any other events there, so for one flat price you get the whole resort for the weekend to have multiple events. I highly recommend the CPI if you want to have an intimate (max 100 guests), relaxing, fun, beautiful wedding right on the bay side of the Florida Keys.”

“After viewing at least 8 other barns, The Enchanting Barn was the last venue to tour on our list and I’m glad we saved the best for last. There are not enough great things I can say about The Enchanting Barn and the owner Cyndi! We are an LGBT couple and Cyndi and her staff and vendors made us feel very comfortable and making our wedding LGBT friendly. Everything I imagined my wedding could be, it was that and more! I did get the all inclusive which made my life easier in the planning process and Cyndi was great about getting all the vendors booked, she is definitely a pro at Weddings. What they say about your Wedding day going by in a blink of an eye is correct, but what I can say is on that day we felt so happy and everything was magical and it will be a day we will never forget. We picked the perfect venue in choosing The Enchanting Barn!”

“If you are between magnolia manor and another venue let me just make the choice for you now.. magnolia manor will make your every dream come true. My husband and I got married at this magnificent venue 1/27/24. From the first time we visited to the end of our wedding night the staff made us feel like a king and queen. They will cater to your every need big or small. I left feeling like Lauren (the head of operations) was apart of my family. She answered every single text and was there from me from the beginning even if I was a bridezilla! I will truly miss her as she made me feel like a princess. The venue has an absolutely gorgeous space for a ceremony which we called “the island” paired with a breathtaking cocktail hour and reception area. I had guests tell me they felt like they were in a hallmark movie! The bridal suite was something out of a fairytale, with several stations for you and your girls to get ready in (the PERFECT photo op.) I watched my guests file in from upstairs and it was such a surreal feeling that I could not get anywhere else. Again, I would like to sincerely thank Lauren Russell and the rest of the staff for making a notoriously stressful day, a breeze. Do not go anywhere else! This is your dream wedding venue trust me!”

“Elphia and her husband were super helpful during our planning process. Elphia was quick to answer any questions we had (even late in the evening) and her husband helped arranging the venue in any way that I liked. The location is beautiful, in the deep rural areas of Clermont, and twisting back roads. Her venue came with lots of decor to choose from which made the costs of our wedding less than we expected to pay. My family really enjoyed the bonfire, and warm atmosphere of the entire location. The price of the venue overall was inexpensive enough that I feel lots of other venues in the area can’t compete with thank you Elphia for our beautiful wedding”
