We are Nadia & Gunnar. We love being outside. We met during our early years in college on our school swim team and had a few photography classes together. It was through our mutual love of photography that we started dating.  Fast forward 9 years we are now married!!!   We are both passionate with two diverse backgrounds: Nadia in fine art and Gunnar in journalism/documentary film making. When it comes to shooting we feel we are blessed to be able to pursue what we love together. We are all about what’s real; capturing life’s small (and large!) moments.

I didn’t see it coming, but I fell into the abyss and now there’s no stopping it. 12 years ago I began selling wedding gowns. It was innocent at first- I had no feelings towards the gowns, they all looked the same to me. And either way, I was already in love with Photography. But soon enough, I fell hard. I began playing “love songs radio” and preaching the obvious differences between Alencon, Chantilly, & French Laces. My bridal affair continued with passion while I continued to invest into my first love, Photography.

Hi I’m Abby! been told all my life that I have an artistic flair and a gift for creativity, but that’s not the only reason why I started my career in wedding photography. I’m the biggest romantic and feel things deeply — in my photography there’s no detail in your connection that goes unnoticed. The little winks and smirks that silently set your soul on fire, the quirks that stay hidden to everybody else but you, and the parts of them that somehow make you fall in love with them even more… They’re how I tell stories because I know that in time, those are the things you’ll cherish the most.

I’m a thrift shopper who loves cozy blankets and good pasta. Now that I'm a mom (of twins!), I'm reminded every day of how important the little moments are and how important it is for me to capture them before they're gone! I like to think that my style is natural and genuine :) I smile big, love to laugh but also might cry at your first dance.
