I’ve heard of Aladdin Films from my friend, who 2 months before the wedding couldn’t stop talking about their team and a wedding video her sister got from Aladdin Films. Of course, after such a review from my best friend, I had to consider Aladdin Films for my wedding day. But once I got on their website, their hyper-creative, beautifully done videos and fantastic photos didn’t leave me any choice other than contact them. And after talking to Iman about their services, he left me no choice other than hire them. His enthusiasm and creative approach to work was spectacular. But still, I was a little bit skeptical till the day of my wedding. But as soon as I met them in person, I was 100% sure that they will create a masterpiece. Words cannot describe how hardworking their team is. They came half an hour before the wedding to observe the place and create a plan on what, where, and when they will be doing certain things. Their service was on another level, but everything comes down to one thing. The result. It didn’t take them long to edit everything, and when we sat with the whole family on our couch to see the result. Everybody was in complete delight. We couldn’t stop laughing, crying, and wondering how they could take such a good shot. It seemed that they had not 3 but 10 cameras. Top-notch editing, perfect angles, and great sound design are just some of the characteristics of that video. And pictures can be displayed in the Louver. Their artistic retouching photos were so good, that we are going to print them on huge canvases and put them all on the walls of our house. We immediately send them out to all of our relatives and hurried them up to hire them ASAP because as they said, they often get booked up. We’ll definitely hire them again on all of our family events, and if you are a couple that is looking for a videographer & photographer to capture the best moments of your wedding day, look no further, Aladdin Films is an obvious choice.

I hired Ellen for our wedding and engagement shoot and I’m so thankful I did! I always hate the way I look in photos and Ellen made me feel comfortable, confident, and taken care of! And when I received my wedding photos I couldn’t stop looking at how beautiful all of our photos came out! I loved the sneak peeks she sent us while we on our honeymoon too! I can’t wait to work with a Ellen in the future for more milestones!

A true artist at heart, Danielle has spent over twenty-five years behind a camera. For over a decade she has specialized in recording couples and families in some of their most joyous moments. Big or small, with her trained eye Danielle captures every brushstroke to fully realize the memory of your special day.

You will not regret having Danielle capture your special day. She has photographed at least 2 weddings in my family - and we always trust Danielle and her photographic genius capture our most important moments.

Randall de Leon Photography

5.0

Los Angeles, CA
  • Classic style
  • Starts at $2,000

Photography has always been a lifelong passion of mine, I picked up my first camera as a gift from my dad when I was 14 years old. Never in a million years would I have thought that my lifelong hobby could eventually become my career. I focused on my future, working my way through college and grad school to achieve my license to practice, but a part of me realized that I wanted to pursue a career that allowed me to go on adventures and meet a lot of new people. So in 2019, I took that risk, changed my hours from full time to part time and put more focus on my photography. I booked my first gig later that year and have never looked back.

We have used Randall for two separate occasions (engagement & wedding) and we were THRILLED with his work both times! He is super friendly, personable, and an amazing photographer. He is skilled in what he does and will always capture the best images and memories for you. I would 1000% work with him again and refer him to all of my friends and family.

Adam Griffin Photo

5.0

West Hollywood, CA
  • Editorial style
  • Starts at $5,000

I’m Adam—a Boston native who’s now roaming around California photographing everything I see. When I’m not behind the camera you can usually find me in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes, sipping a dirty martini with friends, jamming to Taylor Swift in the car, or taking my rescue pup Ollie to the park or on long neighborhood walks. I got my first film camera when I was 8, and it was love at first sight. Capturing your story is more than just a job for me. From destination elopements to parties of the century, I've seen it all and love every minute of a wedding day.

Awarded Best of Zola
We were just married on November 4th, 2022 and are in love with the work that Adam has done. His attention to detail and to our needs and wants as a couple were top of the line and he quickly became more than just our wedding photographer, we consider him a friend as well. He took the time to make sure he photographed the details of our wedding that were most important to us and he went above and beyond the role of photographer, making sure we had everything we needed and that we were satisfied. His assistant photographer was also wonderful to work with. If you are looking for someone to capture you and your partners love in real time, there is no one better than Adam. He is not only highly skilled at what he does, he is one of the most kind and thoughtful human beings we have met and we are thankful to have had him on the mostb important day of our lives so far! We cannot wait to have him capture the next chapter of our lives when the time comes! Hannah & Emiry

Marijo captured our special day perfectly. She had a perfect outdoor location nearby our ceremony location to take photos prior to the ceremony. She utilized the natural beauty of the outdoors and placed us perfectly to capture the most stunning photos we've ever had taken of us before. Marijo was professional and down to earth; a dream to work with on a very stressful and exciting day. We highly recommend A+M Badillo Images services.

Hi I'm Carmelisse. I'm an intimate wedding & elopement photographer based in Los Angeles. I have a gift for making people comfortable and seeing the beauty in all diverse people. I want nothing more than to tell your love story right.

Awarded Best of Zola
Carmen is truly extraordinary! She brings SO MUCH LOVE to her photos and the way she captures warmth, affection, joy and life from the people she shoots amazes me. My (now) husband and I chose her as our engagement and wedding photographer because of the way she captures her couples. She made our entire experience so enjoyable, that when you look at our pictures, you instantly notice our happiness. My wedding photos are my absolute favorite and I love looking back at them and reliving each and every single moment of that day. She not only captured mine and my husband’s love for each other, but she also captured the love, the fun, the energy of my family and friends and the way everyone celebrated us. When we look at our photos, we reminisce each and every single time about how perfect that day was, and I could not have imagined anyone else to help us save those memories in film. If I could give her a million stars, I would.

Soda Fountain Photo

I’m Mysi (pronounced, boringly, “Missy”)! I’ve been at this thing for 12 years and I keep falling more and more in love with it all. Give me intimate micro-weddings, quirky dive bar weddings, raucous South Asian weddings... my team and I absolutely thrive in chaos and emotion. My specialty is catching the moments and those tiny moments in between. ✨✨✨

Awarded Best of Zola
Mysi, Mysi, Mysi. Where do we even begin. We were passed along Soda Pop as a preferred photography vendor and fell in love with Mysi's work almost instantly. We were thrilled when Mysi did have availability and we then met to just talk. Mysi is a professional and is very good at what she does. However, our favorite thing is that she's also very approachable. We immediately felt a friendship brewing and it made it very easy for us to open up about what we wanted, what we were afraid of, etc. Both my wife and I historically are not great at pictures and after calming us down a bit, she reassured us that she was going to make sure the photos we'll have were going to be amazing, and that we would look good to. We decided to book Mysi for a few hours before the actual reception to get some shots across the city and then during the reception as well. We also then later asked her to come with us on the day we got married to take more photos with our families and our little dog as well. Both times she was punctual, had everything under control, and used her keen eye to take some memorable shots of us, our families, and countless friends and guests. P.S. she's a dog person and our dog took to her immediately as well, which helped provide some jaw-droppers of the little guy. Like, model-status. But I digress. We were both definitely nervous but when we did get our photos back, we were beyond happy. Mysi and her colleague captured so many amazing memories of all of our families and friends, our grand-parents, little toddlers, just everyone. All of the work she did with us produced some amazing pictures of us as well which we'll have for a lifetime. When looking for a photographer, please do reach out to Mysi at least for a chat, because while we found the perfect photographer for us, we also found a new friend!

Stephen Tang Photo

5.0

Pasadena, CA
  • Editorial style
  • Starts at $4,100

While some photographers emphasize their gear or trendy post-processing, I take pride in subject-photographer interaction - the relation I build with clients, picking up on nuances in pose and expression while we shoot, anticipating the viewers' response - because ultimately, that's how photographs that matter to us are created. I'm a native New Yorker who found myself relocating to Los Angeles and making it my home. Wherever you'd like to have your wedding, it would be my pleasure to be your photographer.

Awarded Best of Zola
Stephen is an amazing photographer to work with! From the moment we connected to learn more about his style and craft, we knew he'd be the one to photograph our Golden Age of Hollywood'esque wedding. As we viewed his portfolio, we were immediately drawn to his use of shadows and emboldened colors. He works with so much precision and professionalism from the beginning by asking questions to ensure he knows what you want. For our engagement photos, we wanted portraits that defied the traditional beach settings. Stephen worked with us in capturing Old Hollywood glamour shots that eventually made perfect save-the-dates. He was so meticulous in his planning and execution during our engagement photoshoot that the outcomes exceeded what we'd originally imagined. Our wedding pictures came out fantastic! Stephen made sure to capture items and moments throughout our day that define us. We married at the Cicada Club which lacks natural lighting, so Stephen explored the venue beforehand to know how to set-up the lighting for the wedding. Stephen (and his amazing colleague) not only captured our wedding but also the beauty of the venue. The best moments of our wedding were recorded with so much elegance and care. We can't stress how many compliments we continue to receive from family and friends who reminisce or peruse through our social media posts with pictures. We highly recommend Stephen to anyone looking for elegant results without the exorbitant price tag that others may come with. He was a gem to work with and look forward to hiring him for future events! (As should you!) J&J

Xenia Park is a photography and videography company based in Los Angeles. Every couple, with their distinctive love story, transforms into a canvas where we paint with the play of light and shadow. We could not have thought of a better photographer for our wedding...I wanted the pictures to look natural, not staged and Ksenia understood me so well! It seemed like she could really feel what I wanted and how I saw it. Those shots came out great. Magnificent lighting, exquisite vision, and precious moments captured in timeless shots. We printed all of the photographs and made an album that makes me happy and always reminds me of that very special day!

Gabbie Burseth Photo

5.0

Santa Monica, CA
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $6,000

My name is Gabbie, and I'm a wedding photographer for the couples who seek a non-traditional approach to their big day. I'm a sucker for a candid moment, intimate ceremonies, and black-and-white images from the 1980s. My work is photojournalistic — I approach weddings through a documentary lens, telling the truth with beautiful and timeless imagery.

Awarded Best of Zola
For our wedding experience, my husband and I were looking for a photographer that specialized in candids— someone who was focused on capturing natural moments versus the formal, posed ones. Gabbie delivered. She photographed our at-home engagement session, our typhoon-ridden wedding day, and threw in a post-wedding session for free due to circumstances out of our control on the wedding day. Our venue was not prepared for the day to be rained out, so there was minor chaos that I learned of after the fact. Gabbie and her second shooter never let on to any mishaps or miscommunications on the venue’s behalf and fought through the absolute freezing rain with us all day. We deeply cherish all of the photos she took… from us dancing together in the kitchen of our first home, to us bundled up under an umbrella, kissing in the rain after the ceremony, to priceless images of our friends and family breaking it down on the dance floor at the reception, and to the bridal portraits she took of us months after the wedding when she wasn’t satisfied with what we were able to get on the actual wedding day. We have nothing but great things to say about Gabbie and would highly recommend!
